- This is a video from my IGTV (Instagram) of simple yoga stretches that you can do in bed for relaxation. The sequence is 15-minutes long and can be done in the morning after waking up, or at night before you're about to go to bed. I'd love to hear how this class leaves you feeling. If you do yoga for bed with your eyes closed, or if you're vision impaired... this video is very accessible! She's very descriptive as to what to do, and goes at a very slow pace so you're not confused or stuck on anything! Thanks for the stretch, my back wasn't expecting that camel before sleeping though 😂
