OMG! Just made this flan!! It is insanely good!!!!! I used organic cane sugar (for my caramel topping), and it was so delicious!!!!!! Highly recommend. P.S my flan was wobbly, and I was worried but after cooling it for 5 hours, it was soft, creamy and perfect!!!

Hello again... well I made this and it is delicious. I made it in small ramekins instead of a whole pan. My question for you is... it was not as custardy and I've had in past and... the carmel sugar stuck to the bottom of the dishes. Any suggestions for me to correct this?

Suggest you monitor cooking time frequently, and check level of doneness with a toothpick as shown in the video :) What time and temp did you use?

So, my flanera was very deep with the mix - and took almost two hours to cook - and I do not know if it cooked completely. I am letting cool. Then, into the refrigerator. +Poulomi Saha After you cook and melt the sugar to a caramel color. you placed it in the pan you're going to use , then you put the milk mixture on top and put it in the oven in a bain marie bath to cook. I hope this helps.

If you’re talking about washing your pans and stirring spoons afterwards, just soak them in water overnight. Comes right off!

Transferring the carmel to a separate pan did not work well at all. It hardens way too fast. Getting a flan pan is necessary.
