      Agree! It’s so hard to find a yoga instructor who doesn’t talk about unnecessary things and try to give you a life lecture.

    I just came across this in '24 and I love it. I often do it first thing in the morning and put it at a lower play-back speed so I can get in deeper breaths. My back feels looser, but I notice that it really stretches my hips.

    I sit all day at a computer and I do this video (and one other) 3x/week. It is the BEST yoga for the lower back workout I've ever seen. It literally rejuvenates me and heals my back so I'm ready for another day. Thank you so much!!

    Great video. I have started practicing your videos regularly and really enjoying the benefits. Videos are easy to follow. I’m not particularly flexible and have lots of neck and hip tension. The deep yoga practice with the slower pace and long holds are really beneficial.

    I'm going to try this with a slower playback so I can stay in the poses a bit longer. Love the these practices they do help but would like to have them be a bit more mindful in that they go a bit slower.

    Thank you so much for making this monthly playlist, I loved this practice and am surprised I'd never found it before. Having this playlist has helped me stick to practicing almost every day this month, even if sometimes I choose to deviate from the day's selection for a different focus or shorter length, it's nice to most days not have to make a decision and just hit play and find new old videos. You've been my main yoga teacher for the past couple years and I just can't express enough how grateful I am for your style of focusing just on the poses and breath with such calmness, so that I can just come to your channel and know I'll quickly find a practice I'll love, thank you so so much

    That's a keeper as my low back takes a beating just by virture of my constsnt sitting & slight scoliosis. Will use this again & again. Thx for sharing!!

      That's great that you felt like it went quickly! There will be more videos focused on releasing the lower back coming soon. In the meantime, you could try either the prenatal or postnatal video that I have for the lower back - don't worry, you can still do it even though you aren't pregnant! Thanks for watching. :)
