5 fillet fish
1 onion
3 spring onions (scallions)
1/4 tsp onion salt
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp Louisiana Cancun seasoning
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 black pepper
3 cloves garlic
1/4 lemon pepper
1/2 -1tsp paprika
3 small bell peppers
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vegetable broth or chicken broth

Watched a few methods of cooking catfish with my son (who has one to cook).
Your method seemed to be ideal for a sure fire winner.
We both also liked how you sold it at the end :)

I need the fried cornbread recipe
In return have tried diced green and red peppers in the cornbread I like to roast them a bit then add to batter

Recipe for fried cornbread. I use Abbott white fine cornmeal , one egg, salt and water. I have to try the diced green and red peppers. Sounds yummy! Thanks for sharing and watching my channel.
