Ingredients
Catfish
Lemons
Salt
Black Pepper
Chef Paul Prudhomme Seafood Magic
Butter
Directions
Clean and pat dry your catfish.
Season both sides with the seasonings above.
Add lemon slices to the top of the fish
Place 5 1/2 tablespoons of butter around the fish.
Bake at 350° covered for 45 minutes and bake uncovered for 15 minutes. The total cook time should be 1 hour at 350°.

Catfish looks great, I myself love Chef Paul Prudommes seafood magic as well as his poultry magic I must say I go easy on the salt because to me it can be quite salty but every bodies taste buds are different. Good eating and good loving. That's what Chef Paul would say !!!❤😅

Ok, you should try it baked and you'll love it. The muddy taste depends on the environment, what it eats, and the water it's in. The main reason it can taste muddy is something called geosmin. In other words, it's a chemical produced by a type of bacteria.
