- Hi there! I’m Coline, and today I’m doing something a little different-a No-Talking EXTREME CLEANING Session where you can Clean With Me in SILENCE.
In this video, I’m taking on an intense extreme cleaning and organizing challenge, but without the usual chatter. With so much noise and information around us every day, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. That’s why I’ve created this low-stimuli video, so you can focus solely on the task at hand without any distractions.
Just set this video up in your space-whether it’s your kitchen, living room, or bathroom-and follow along as I take on this deep cleaning session. My hope is that this silent cleaning will give you the extreme cleaning motivation you need, especially if you’re feeling a bit stuck or overwhelmed. Whether you're tackling a depression cleaning day or just looking for some satisfying cleaning vibes to add to your cleaning routine, this video is here to help you stay focused and get the job done.

Before I became disabled, deep cleaning was my therapy whenever I was stressed or anxious. My house was always nice and clean. I can't do it anymore, and so my house is messy & that adds to the stress. Sometimes, I try to clean but usually end up injuring myself and getting a lecture from my (adult) kids. Watching Coline (& her youtube friends) clean gives me great satisfaction and helps me to relax. I live vicariously through the scrubbing of others. 😂 Love those scrubbing sounds on the sped-up videos. Keep up the great work Coline. Love your channel. I love your channel and have followed since your first video. After 26 surgeries I became disabled 15 years ago. I’ve always enjoyed cleaning as it was a stress reliever for me, took my mind off other things and the end result is always rewarding. I’m 65 and it’s much harder now but I do the best I can and try to accommodate for what I can’t which can become very frustrating. You make such a difference for so many and sending you much love and appreciation for what you do❤

@@colinecleans thanks Coline, not always ease and many times a way of coping with pain as I’m allergic to all pain medications. I think deep inside I feel that if I give in to it and give up, I’d lose my will to live if I felt like I could no longer due anything.

ETA: I love voiceover videos too, especially if something is out of the ordinary, like a pile of clothing enough to outfit an army, or 75,000 soda cans in a bedroom, or a live goat chewing on a toilet seat. I'm going to need an explanation via voiceover.
But this kitchen today had normal kitchen sticky, crumby, grimey stuff. I can imagine how it got that way, no explanation needed. So just hearing the scrubby, scrubby, scrubby sounds was an auditory tsunami of satisfaction! Love! Plus, I'm guessing it was easier for you not to have to record voiceovers in two languages! Yay! So, while I loved the asmr I also enjoy the voiceovers too. Thank you! ❤️

FYI: Water soluble Eucalyptus, just a good dash (or several drops of essential oil concentrate); dishwashing detergent, same; bicarb soda - few tablespoons, mix with water in a sprayer; spray those grease filters; leave 'em for while. Makes it much easier to move the grease. Great for shower screens too; the Eucalyptus component is also anti-viral, anti-bacterial and anti-fungal. That kitchen area is going to feel so much better when you're finished; you're doing a wonderful deep clean, kudos to you.

Excellent job as usual Coline. It loos like a different place. Cleaning calms me down because I love to sit back and see my little one room apartment clean and tidy. I just moved into a Victorian mansion that was changed into small one room apartments around the time of the first World War. I love it so much! I got rid of so much of my stuff, and now it is absolutely perfect. Your videos are so inspirational. I want to jump up and clean something!❤
