As for the damper oil change, in my case, used your technique, but it was the lower cap that got lose, no the top cap.

You have to get shaft clamps, I never had that happen

6 tokens. 60 psi. Feels good. its just strange to be all in on the damping but it works great.

I am 100kg 220 lbs. I’m on a similar bike riding 100 psi in the fork. 2 tokens. 1-2 clicks of hsc and lsc. Because the Levo is shorter travel and bike you may need an extra token since less travel more weight in front of bike.
6 tokens is like free ride. Sounds like your way under pressure and packing the fork down hints trying the full compression. You need to have a spring back into the shallow part of travel. I have setup guide for Zeb and 38 since I had same problem as you mentioned

Hi man, i have 2 fox 38 forks. One 27.5 wheel Rythm 180mm of travel, second 29 wheel Factory kashima 170mm travel. Can I take the air spring from the 27.5 180mm and put it in the 29 so that it becomes 180mm the 29 ??
