Generally on ebay. Usually there are sellers who sell spare parts, but my guess would be that it is very limited for this lens, because it is quite cheap and not worth to buy spare parts for it.
Was surprised to see you using metal tweezers on the ribbon cables. The insulation is very thin and easily damaged and the tracks are thin and narrow. You need to use protected tweezers,even if you put some tape around the jaws or a little heat shrink tubing to protect the ribbon cable? I would also advise finger cots or gloves to prevent contamination of the electronics and optics. A few skin cells can start a fungal bloom on the optics. I have had to rectify this on many customers lenses.
Hello! I have never ever had problem with handling flex cables with metal tweezers. I tried plastic ones before, but it can't hold the cables, so I find the metal one much better. When the tweezers is parallel with the cable, I don't think that it could punch a hole or damage the cable... it has never ever happened to me. The best solution would be to have a metal tweezers with a thin rubber coating, but I haven't seen that exists, so I keep using the metal one. Putting heat shrink on it?: that would make it much thicker, and handling the cables would be more difficult. (many times there is very small space between the pcb and the flat cable) Fungus is caused by storing the lens in a high humidity place, I don't believe that skin cells or contamination could cause that. Sometimes I have lenses which has fungus inside, and majority of them have never been disassembled. Contamination of the lens?: that can happen if you use gloves, but I always check the lens elements with a flashlight before I would install the next lens elements. My ef28-200mm f 3.5-5.6 usm zoom ring is not working. You can rotate the ring but it does not move anything. Do you want a make a video on how to fix this?
I don't have video about it. Disassemble it, and check inside. Also, I would recommend to record it in video if you get stuck assembling it, that video will help.

I don't know exactly, but you can identify the lens element by the eccentric screws or plastic collars that are holding it.

Most likely the aperture flat cable is broken, and needs to be replaced.
Were can i get spare parts. My zoom broke completly and something is loose inside to lense. Havn't disassembled it yet.

Use a (drinking) glass with a similar size of the ring of the lens, and put small pieces of two sided adhesive tape on it for the grip.

the zoom pin (golden with a screw inside) might be loose. if you hear something when shaking the lens, it must be it
