    The easiest way is to use the air duster to blow air into both sides.

    What is the grease used? How frequently should we grease?

      Any food safe grease should do the trick.

      I would recommend a small amount silicone grease. It is generally food safe/non-toxic and lubricates metal, plastic and rubber.

    Always remember to clean your discharge chute. Gets very messy if you don’t

    After I removed the burrs and replaced as shown, the grinder now grinds very coarse, even at setting 0 it looks like 50

    I can’t get the chute off for the life of me. I unscrewed everything

      Same here it is stuck. It’s like there’s a clip inside holding. All screws removed and it won’t come out

      same! the video conveniently cuts during this step with a "just use a little bit of force..." explanation, but all that stuff is plastic... and you can see the outer chute binding on the inner chute... this might be the achilles heel of the DF54

    Maybe disconnect the grinder from power before working on it?
