The Eviction Process: The Neighbors From Hell
HTML-код

- One neighbor from hell was yelling threats at the crew from across the street, and the other neighbor thought she was at the home shopping network!
The set-out crew checked the house for occupancy a couple hours before the eviction. They called and told me that the tenants were still there and they had dogs.
It's a good chance they also told the tenants that Penn is on the way, you had better get on down-which they did. When people take everything they want from the house and leave the rest, it's more of a trash-out than an eviction.

The vultures are circling. Who wants to take anything from the curb of an eviction's goung on. You may take home roaches, mice or bedbugs along with the stuff.
Snake 🐍 might've crawled up in it, along with the rats, and roaches 😅
Most likely doesn't care cause they're gonna sell it
I recently moved, I got cancer and my spouse died extremely suddenly and I couldn't afford the rent on my own. I left on my own without being evicted but due to downsizing from a home with 3 bedrooms, a living room, a huge family room and garage I then had way too much stuff. I cleaned my driveway and nicely set all the stuff out for free. Posted an ad and within 20 mins someone took everything. I didn't have any bugs or dirty things and they even went as far as to help wrap the breakables for them.
I do agree though I would be extremely careful taking or buying things from someone's home. I won't buy anything usually. Even tvs/electronics are hot spots for bugs. Not everyone is dirty though. I think though most all the time if ppl are evicted from what I have seen they always make a mess and sage property which I don't understand. Pl
Just because you're being evicted doesn't mean you're dirty. Besides, I don't think that lamp would harbor roaches or bedbugs.
@@Irod567 Take a good look at the interior of the house when they do these evictions. I wouldn't allow my dog to live in that mess. I worked for a utility company where I had to go into customers homes. You can't believe how some people live. And not just poor folks. I've seen rich folks whose houses looked like teain wrecks. I've also seen very poor folks in the inner city who's houses were immaculate.
The woman in the blue just can't wait to get her hands on that stuff 😳. Good lord 🤡
lol shes hoping she finds some teeth in there.
crackheads swarm like killer bees for anything to sell for that next hit
When you're dirt poor you have to shop in places far removed from Macy's. Car removed from Walmart. A good lamp is a good lamp. Better she gets it than a landfill.

My next door neighbors got into meth and lost their home. The sheriff put everything out on the driveway. I tarped the stuff when the vultures started coming around. Later, I saw them crying in their truck and gave them money for a hotel or whatever. Don’t get me wrong, they were terrible neighbors, and neglectful to their young kids, but I didn’t help them because they were good people. About a year later, that guy stopped by and paid that money back., despite it being a gift. He said I was the only person who helped them and was respectful to them when they were at rock bottom. I felt good about that.
Thank you for helping your unfortunate neighbors.
You acted out of goodness

God bless you because everyone goes through rough tim3s including getting on drugs you are a good person ❤
I wouldn’t risk taking items off the street. Never know who has lice, bed bugs, etc.
If you bring bed bugs home, you've really got problems.
They just wanna pawn it for drugs
That's what I was thinking, other than how greedy that woman was.
Maybe it’s a location thing because here in my town it’s the same way. If you put a couch out on the street it means its free. lol like an unspoken rule I guess.
Reminds of the big red chair on an episode of The Big Bang Theory.
I live in Massachusetts. I know it's different from state to state. Soon as covid hit and my girlfriend lost her job, I called my landlady immediately to let her know what was going on. She was very empathetic with us. We have been renting off her for about 8yrs at that point. She told us she didn't want us going anywhere, and she took 200 a month off my rent, which I wasn't expecting. I just wanted her to understand if I couldn't pay it all at once. Fortunately my boss gave me an extra 15 to 20 hrs a week during covid so I was able to pay my rent in full. I understand not all landlords are empathetic like mine. But you, as a renter, need to be on top of your end as well. And people will respect you and look out for you. You gotta talk, though. You can't just ignore phone calls and hide when they come by knocking on the door.
Landlord here, and I can say if you have a tenant that pays on time, comes to you in advance and says there may be a problem with rent getting paid, I am always willing to work with a tenant. My tenants usually don't leave and believe it or not, none of my tenants took advantage during Covid and didn't pay rent. Everyone paid in full and on time. Of course, when you call the landlord with an issue and the landlord is there that day to get it fixed, it's smart to not leave and to pay on time. From what I hear, not all landlords do that.
I live in MA as well we are in the bristol county area..hi neighbor
Best advice ever.
@@tiredofit1968 Mutual respect. It's not easy to find anymore, if you do hang on to it.
Yes, but, landlords also have to make their money…so it’s a catch 22 situation…
The way you handled the neighbor was 109% pure gentleman. You were respectful and kind. I wish EVERYONE would see how you defused a potential confrontation by just being a decent human. Big thumbs up.
Frankly, I find it disgusting that this lady in blue is so ready to take advantage of someone else's misery. What a horrible person!

She asked for the lamp
What you gone do with that lamp? Take it home and use it lol 😂😂😂
she meant sell it....she mentioned she wanted the folding table for yard sales 🤣

Copper wire is all they looking for. Just like the freezer question. No one has yard sales in the hood, I know that
Every hood house has that same Walmart lamp 😂
If this is a eviction and there's anything of value it should be the responsibility of the people to take care of it. And I thought anything that was placed on the curb is public domain subject to anybody's wanting or getting it?
Saddest part for me is that the parents put their children through these…mom & dad are supposed to show stability ..
exactly! broe my heart when I saw that child's room.
@Vanessa Rivas you just couldn't help yourself.
It’s a cycle that keeps repeating itself. The parents probably grew up the same way.
@Vanessa Rivas just because your mother couldn't keep a roof over ya'll head cause she was probably a crack whore doesn't mean you get to take it out on everyone else, I grew up in the hood and mother OWNS her house, still owns it almost 30yrs later.

What makes you think the tenants are black??
Bc I see WHITES being evicted also, so what's their problem
That poor and wanting mentality is disgusting. You can be poor and have some dignity and respect for other people's possessions instead of standing around like vultures ready to take what you can.
Disgusting vultures for real….these days theyd rather record a person dying than offer some help, even animals have more compassion to each other. Imagine when food shortage crisis , what lowlifes would do.
And too damn nosey talking bout they seen them bring it in. I can't stand neighbors like that.
Exactly correct 🤔
At least they asked permission first!
You are such a sweetheart, to diffuse the situation like you did with that gentleman and his mom with cancer❤
I really think my attitude HAS to be bad because I was ready to pop off at the dude who came up saying, “you do not want to piss me off if you wake my mama up.” Man, GTF away from me. You’re LITERALLY coming over here telling people on the street to be quiet because your mama is asleep? Dude, I’m empathetic to your mothers condition but, the onus ain’t on me to make sure that she’s comfortable. What if I was building a patio, or cutting the grass - you want me to buy a “quiet” drill and hammer because your mama is sleep?” FOH!
There's nothing worse than a momma's boy.
I would of told dude to get tf outta my face too 🤣 I'm not trying to be mean but f you and your momma I got a job to do 🤷♀
It's all in the approach right?
@@Hatbox948 not sure if this qualifies as a mama's boy or just a nut.
The entire street may need to be evicted.
Bad area when you have instant scavengers come out.
Cockroaches
That's just what I was thinking. They were acting so concerned only to be checking out what they want.
A friend of mine got put out like that and before the place was even empty it turned into a sidewalk sale because of all the people stopping. It wasn't a bad neighborhood just human nature
The scavengers will save the landlord some money for having to pay someone to haul all of away. Getting rid of what is left behind costs the landlord. Most are usually happy to see it disappear after everything is set out at the curb, because it saves them money.
I've seen scrappers and scavengers instantly take roadside stuff in richer suburban neighborhoods too
And the neighbor doesn’t think that the dog barking isn t going to wake his mother?
I can understand the neighbor wanting to keep the noise down because of his mother's illness but all he had to do is come up and calmly and politely talk. He didn't have to come up in the yard and buck up like he's going to fight someone. You can't take care of your mom if you're in jail for starting an unnecessary conflict.
That guy is a thug. He will run into the wrong person one day. The nerve of him talking to an officer that way! I see why law enforcement beat the crap out of young thugs.
We had the worst alcoholic neighbors on the face of the earth, and when their mother had cancer, they wanted us to stop our yippy dogs from barking. Understandable, but what about the years of crap we dealt with and never complained???
The noise was over before he left his house. It was a reason to scope out what he wanted from the curve because he returned.
@@terrywilliams9327 I know exactly what you mean. I watched a couple 2-3 RUclips channel that shows police chases, arrest, and shootings. 1 of the channels actually puts the entire story out. Like people on the left take a clip of an officer shooting someone and say "defund the police for shooting an innocent unarmed young man". When this one channel shows the whole story that led up to the point of why they shot him. One of them was actually involved with a man shooting 2 and killing 1 officer that was serving an eviction notice.
@@lorirogers9304 gotta love how the tables turn like that. That's why I love living where I live. I have minimum 4-5 acres of land between me and my 2 neighbors. They're nice but one of them years ago was a crazy alcoholic. He finally calmed down years after his wife left him took their child.

Amen. These people are the ones choosing the life style they are living, not caring if the children have a roof over their heads and the food is probably limited as well. Probably because it’s all old and broken junk.
Because it's junk and only valuable to other poor people.
Lack of time and lack of value is the quick answer. This didn’t look like the most upscale area so the likeliness anything they owned was worth enough to cover rent is slim. Also depending on how long they’ve been cash strapped they may have already sold all their valuables to make it up to that point and ran out.
Selling takes time they dont have, at a min.

I’m a health inspector. U want bed bugs? Bring home some of that furniture. and u won’t see them with a quick look either. Sadly, tenants do this then the landlord by law has to treat their unit.
Evictions can’t be done that way here. Landowners must put the contents in a safe place for 30 days. If they put stuff in a storage unit they have to pay for 1 months fee. It’s actually ridiculous to me, but that’s the law. Enjoyed the video though. 💚💜 Quite the characters. New sub.
These women donot care about their appearances😭😭
If this happened to any of my neighbors I would have watched out for their belongings until they could get help.
💯 in America no one cares about each other.. they just want to one up & destroy every one else in their way
Captain Noise enforcement came up like he was about to lay hands or something, strange times we're living in. 💯
When I left my house in the city and moved to a tiny house in the country, I set so much to the curb knowing full well I was going to call 1-800-junk. Man! Vultures swarmed in on that pile like rabid dogs!! Bags ripped open, glass broken, clothes scattered everywhere, even tables torn apart for the hardware!! It was nuts!!! Still cost me around$250 when junk’s came.
That's your downfall... You called a scam company... Seriously... There are people such as me that will come remove it and take it to be processed and disposed for a rate of 30$ and up depending on size and environmental aspect...
@@historyhunter5215 well we were so busy at that time…literally had zero time to “try” to find a reputable individual. Looking back, I should have started that process sooner. Live and learn.
@@CiaofCleburne yeah, we all get rushed and make rash decisions. Just always stop before you dial that stupid 1800 or 1888 number... Heck I put everything we didn't want when we moved out like that and posted an ad for free stuff. They came like a plague. I then edited the post to state DO NOT TRASH THE YARD. needless to say I became a watch tower until it was gone lol.
@@historyhunter5215 see, I didn’t have time for ANY of that. We listed our house and it sold 9 days later! Plus our situation was unique in that just me and my dog had to single-handedly (pawedly?) clear enough land to plunk down a camper. We bought a forest! I plan to just stay here…my forever home, but it’s good to get exposure for these smaller moving and junk-hauling companies. I am a firm believer in small businesses.
Ugh yeah we threw away an old fake xmas tree and taped it up good in a box. People still came by and tore it all open to see what it was.
That woman in the blue should be ashamed of herself. Those poor people weren't even out their home 5 minutes and she is trying to take there belongings..... go buy your own dam lamp and vacuum
You take peoples stuff off the curb you end up with roaches in your house..... unbelievable
Edit: not the freezer too 😂😂😂
So if the lamp and the vacuum cleaner goes missing, we know where to go to retrieve it !!! Hilarious folks!!!
