That's what irritates me the most along with people showing up while the eviction movers are bringing stuff out of the house and asking if the place is for rent even when the entire house is still filled with belongings!! I've seen one person walk by and two others that were driving by and slowed down almost to a dead stop in the middle of the road. One woman parked her vehicle and walked up to the house while they were moving stuff out around her and asked if it was for rent it's crazy
Legally everything in the house belongs to the landlord once the Writ of possession is issued (typically) They just hire people to get rid of the stuff so they don’t have to store it
I feel so sorry for those poor dogs. They give nothing but love and loyalty and in return they get stupid humans that abuse them! Screw the humans, save the dogs.

I got a rash from hell and didn't know what was going on, went to the clinic and they told me what it was.. then I knew where I got them. I'm scarred from that mess!
Wow your very lucky. We've been in our apt 5 yrs & they've raised our rent every year! This last time was $80. New people moving in paying $1100 to nice renovated apts, but with raises, we're paying nearly the same for an old apt with 90s cabinets. Sad thing is, there's no place to go that's cheaper... especially bc we have laundry hookups & that saves us a lot of money every month. We've also never been late, it drives me nuts bc they price out people who pay & cause no problems just to take a chance on new tenants bc they'll pay $20 more.

That woman has a totally adult handicapped blind son.She gets his disability check. She should not be home less. She should be living in an apartment that caters to the handicapped and is rent subsidized. She could be living in a good home with everything that her son and her need. There is no excuse for her and her son to be homeless..
Yes there is. A disability check is not a lot of money. He could be getting as little $700 to $800 a month. You can't pay rent on that nowadays, and it takes months to years to get on section 8. It's not what you think it is folks.
@ bj7057 …he could also be getting more and he looks older and he has been disabled since birth it appears so she has had many years to have had a chance for section 8 . In fact I’m pretty sure she’s probably been on sec 8 in the past and probably failed to eventually comply with its standard protocol.Plus she could have kept a part time job at the very least ,she could contribute a few dollars to the house hold but even if she refused to work I’m positive they would also get food assistance and some other help from the state government. Just making excuses won’t get you a place to live .Some people just want everyone else to do the simple work for them as filing out the proper paperwork and getting the her son a caseworker and putting him in some extra activities that would help him keep busy during the week. There are wonderful classes or activities that each county or near by county’s offer for the disabled.Plus their is home health care aids that will come out for so many hours per week and do for this young man as in feeding, making meals, bathing, sitting with him, light housework ect….and he is totally disabled so he would qualify for the maximum amount of hours per week which in most case can be up to 52 hours per week. The mother can choose when she wants those hours to be used also, which gives mom time for a life also. Then if nothing else she could put him in a home for the disabled also, but then she would not get his benefits and would have to fend for herself.Im just saying if she doesn’t do the necessary work to apply for many programs and help that is out there then it seems she will be homeless and move from couch to couch which I find not a good way to live with a profoundly disabled adult son.

@@adoptacat2877 well the way it works is that the evicted tenant had to pay the storage fees and any cost associated with storage such a truck rentals, personal to move stuff and the tenant is not allowed to retrieve any items until those fees are paid in full. I have a wonderful disabled son. Rent comes automatically out of my bank on the first. Shelter and consistency come first.

I consider myself to be completely blessed. I don’t have anything to complain about. First, I live in a free nation. I own my house outright. I own my vehicles as well. And I’m within walking distance to the beach. My home is very clean and kept tidy. And I’m financially independent. It disgusts me to see slobs like this who trash other people’s houses by living like slobs.
The real victim is the disabled young man, The mother really need to put him in a facility until she can get her life together! To have him bouncing from pillow to post is horrible! She should've stayed in the shelter! 😮😮😮😮😮
But she need that check tho.. 😏😠
Facilities cost money that more than likely she doesn't have. Even if he's on Medicare, there's a high deductible especially on Part A for hospital's.
@DonnellOkafor-pd7yn I agree with you Donnell… there are tests to detect certain abnormalities prenatal but autism isn’t one. But autism wasn’t even a thing until 80 yrs ago… makes you think. I hope he keeps that up. If he sells the place you're gonna be looking at well over $1,200.

There are so many programs for situations like this however you must put in the work. No one is going to look you up and say hey you need help??? 🙏❤️🙏

I'd rather live in a house or apartment and my rent paid$$$$ in full, even if i don't have utilities, than to be forced to sat outside sitting on the lawn, and look back and say: "well i paid my utilities"!....
People's lives are so backward..... On top of that their house or apartment is filthy.
Some People
worry about giving their children a nice Christmas 🎄, but when you keep a roof over your children head, and food in their stomachs, THAT IS CHRISTMAS !...
I understand why people get evicted. They aren't paying rent. But, when you see personal items like pictures and things that are meaningful to someone and can't be replaced, it just makes me sad also. My heart isn't hard enough for this kind of work. No matter if someone deserves to be kicked out, its still a very sad situation.
This guy has a sign on the wall that says “Let’s stay home” Lmao 🤣he needs one that says “Quick, Let’s get the hell out of here” 😱
