I just thought of a good idea for the beds. There are a lot of house fires that start because someone is smoking in bed and falls asleep. The cigarette slowly burns into the mattress before a full fledged fire starts. Those mattress’s would be perfect for cadets in a fire academy. They could see firsthand how the fire starts.
You’ll be surprised. I used to work at a storage facility and the hotel next door came to get mattresses and furniture out of abandoned units.

THIS IS TRUE atm me and my husband are living in an apartment with Pest Control issues BUT we keep it very very clean and spray the house down every 4 weeks haven’t had any problems with pest at all so your comment is like 100% true‼️

For those new to these videos- evictions don't just happen. There's a whole legal process that can take up to 6 months, in some cases/states, longer. When the judge gives a last date, that's it. The tenants have had the right to show up in court and argue their case. Every state has legal remedies for apartments/houses that aren't up to standard and what to do with rent in the event something isn't fixed.
Many who are facing evictions, have milked the system to try and stay longer. However, when "Mr. Evictions man " shows up, they are caught off guard because of the length of time already given to them. Got, comfortable thinking they are going to be giving more time. Then boom..eviction day. And another thing, has anyone of you all ever noticed that no one getting evicted has any BOXES, PACKED OR UNPACKED? DAM. If I was facing something like that all my S will already be packed. Live out of suit cases and boxes. If they set it out it's going to all ready be packed to move. Lol..

They hadn’t bought the bird yet. They had only bought the expensive bird cage. I can’t believe how people don’t have priorities when it comes to paying your rent or mortgage. Times are really hard rn but we pay our mortgage, property taxes and utilities first. Our utilities have have more than doubled in the last 2 years so we have to make serious budget cuts elsewhere.

Ive cleaned a lot of evicted/rentals. That funk they're smelling is probably from never changing filters on furnace-AC. The dirt around that air reurn was funky. Also, cleaning on a daily is important if you want a fresh smelling home. Not that hard folks.
I totally understand someone falling behind on rent, times are hard and everything is soo expensive. But why are these people so dirty? Almost every apartment/house you have evicted is disgusting.

How can people live in such filth? The smell must be unbearable. Yuck!! The ‘tenants’ cannot withhold rent. Once complaints are recorded the tenant pays rent which is given to the trustee. The trustee holds the funds until the repairs are made.

my mother in law was a worker, and her house was so cluttered she hated to throw any nice furniture away and as a result the house was so cluttered that you could not clean it you can imagine the dust dirt and grime as a result.l she had entitled children who were adults who burdened her down, making her l ife even harder. she died fromall that stress. she had underlying health issues to boot which is probably why the stress killed her.

Before my husband and i bought our house, every landlord we had through the years, told us if we every need a home to please call them. Every last one. We also got our deposits back. I had one landlord actually call and check up on us after we had been gone a year. He just wanted to make sure we werent looking for a house to rent because he had one become available. You know why they treated us that nice? Its because every home we rented, we treated it just like we owned it.
We didnt have money. We lived pay check to pay check. No excuse for this nonsense.
THANK YOU ! When I was newly married, with a military husband we moved a lot. One tour of duty was for 5 years. Our landlord was a nice older gentleman and his wife. My husband and he got along well. The landlord owned a beautiful 20 acre property with about 6 bedrooms. In the back of that home he had a small three bedroom cottage. It was beautiful. My husband gave him a check for the first months rent plus the deposit. We kept that cottage immaculate. And it was furnished. When my husband's time there was up. We met with the landlords to do a walk through. He was very emotional, we all had grown close. He said he was very sceptical about renting that cottage, that we had proved him wrong about people. He then opened his jacket and handed me the very same check that we had given him five years prior. Deposit plus the rent.
