Two very useful pieces of information to keep in mind when troubleshooting. Don't assume the connections inside the connector are good, and be mindful of polarity. I always learn something from your videos. Thank you very much.
Awesome. The classic reversed wiring with a sprinkling of open circuit. How people can’t spot that they crimped the insulation and not the actual wires amazes me 😄 Thanks for the video
Some shoddy repairs . Never know what you’re purchasing when buying a used vehicle . Think of all the cars going to auction after the hurricane in Florida . Thanks for sharing nice find . 👍
It looked like there was a thin piece of plastic on each one that was cracked. I'm not sure if it was part of the bumper, the sensor or if you can buy it separately. The shop said they would look into it... I think that means the tape stays on😂
At 6:40 you can see a good view of how they are held on. The white plastic rectangular piece is the "bracket" with double sided trim tape. It's adhered to the bumper cover and the sensor snaps in and they can be purchased separately.
Hello, I recently purchased a 2016 Lexus ES 350 with front-end damage and am currently repairing it. I need assistance with the wiring of the Cruise Sensor module connector, which was damaged in the accident. It would be very helpful if you could help me with a diagram to show the correct wire positioning, or if you have knowledge of how they should be connected. Thank you in advance!
alldataDYI and mitchell1DYI sell you the access to all the code definitions, wiring diagrams, harness locations, connectors pinouts, troubleshooting flowcharts and repair procedures for 1 vehicle for about 20$ for 1 month. During that month, nothing prevents you from doing printout or printscreens for later so you never need to pay for a second month ;-)

Great diag as usual! If you want to say, what is the ballpark fee to the shop for something like this? If not, I understand. Thanks
I I don't like posting numbers. I Have a service charge for coming down that includes an hour; after that, it goes up per hour.
@@advancedleveldiagnostics completely understand. Thanks
I wonder how OEM sensors are held in. Perhaps these are all aftermarket and don't have matching hardware?
