“Taking less breaths, creates more presence.” 🔥🔥🔥
The power of the now, cannot be described with words. It is a place of peace, love, flow, instant detection of the ego, and a sense of knowing.
Concise, yet powerful information Queen!! U are amazing!! Thank U, 4 all U do. The seeds are being planted. And Those who are meant 2 receive, will be drawn 2 it..

Thank you for the gems 💎.
I always got caught up in the “am I doing this right?” mentality with breathwork, yoga, fitness, everything!
It really is about awareness and starting where you’re at instead of where you’d like to be.

Hi! I'm new around here. First time I put my attention in my breathing was in 2020 when I started to do a lot of meditation, and around that time I also hear about breath work, specially the breath work of Wim Hoff. I'm excited to be here and I'm hopeful to learn new things

I first heard of breathwork because of you. A lifelong girlfriend of mine watched you and said that every time she watched you she felt like we were very similar (I see it though, my fellow Cap haha) But she suggested for me to watch you and you were the first final solidifying affirmation in my life to breathwork. I still haven't started. But recently your videos about approaching breathwork, your emails, everything, have made me want to start and made me not feel like it's so DAUNTING. ya know?? It's starting to click. It's like I can't avoid it anymore. There are no more excuses. It's very very easy. So THANK YOU

Hahah first ever I heard of it was in a trial in Sweden. Two parents that were breathtarian that took it a very toxic level. And there child ended up in the hospital about to die because they had done similar things to the child as they’re self were doing. I thought “what idiots do shit like that”. But your way sound so healthy and good for you! ❤️

Casey-Michelle could you post the link through which to subscribe to your 7 day beginners workshop please? Thanks for this video it was a much needed reset on simplifying breathwork think I’m ready to go back to basics. I’ve been doing regular “DMT” breathing which definitely cleared my head and gave energy boost, but instinctively I’ve felt I’ve been neglecting my parasympathetic experience and you touched that here very adeptly. Thanks! 😎

I first heard breathwork I think from my grandpa surprisingly. He isn’t too spiritual, but he’s Hindu and he once told me as a kid that Buddha proved that humans were breathing wrong and that we have to use our mouth and such to get the full experience of breathing. That was just the snippet I needed before hearing about breathwork all over the internet

Did you mention a mouth guard or mouth trap? What is that?

mouth tape! you can youtube/google it but there's plenty of individuals who sleep with their mouth taped/guarded to prevent mouth breathing

First heard of breathwork online. Instagram post titled choose your medicine 'pranayama' was on the list. Later through you & wim hoff
4:11 how can you breathe out through the nose if you're doing intense exorcise?! That's SUPER hard. Hell I find it hard to breathe in through the nose whilst exercising. Bigger oxygen intake thru mouth when exercising esp since air is needed, elsewise I feel like fainting when forcing only nose inhalation & exhalation bcz how constraint the air intake is
Make a video on stuffy nose & would love you to continue this beginner breathwork series
