LOVED the review. RELEVANT. I didn't have to see the clouds over and over again and hear about how the reviewer scratched his ass on the way to the coffee place that morning. GREAT coverage of the seat and good and space. Thanks!
This is THE BEST video! I have purchase this seat on IAD - LHR for this summer. I couldn't find anywhere if it was the type of Bulkhead seat that should be avoided. Your video was so well done and professional. We were prepared to pay the $ for it, and now I know it's worth it to us! Thanks.
Good video, especially the meals. We are going EWR-LHR late May. How was the aisle seat next to 20L? Our flight the emergency exit row is still open, so we might move to it. On the downside I'm not a fan of the armrest video monitor. So maybe we stay where we are at to watch the map during takeoff/landing. One other item, was there a midflight setup for snacks? Beer/wine readily served while watching movies? Thanks for the excellent video, Cheers!
Thank you for this informative video. I will be flying Premium from Germany to USA this summer and now i know what to expect and I like it :) So far, I have done Premium on Lufthansa A 350 and it was similar...this is still an economy class so I would not expect a separate toilet or different/better meals. I like the way you were very detailed oriented showing the inside of the aircraft (premium section) and yet, the video is short but to the point!
Appreciate your video and I say that because the seats your in our the same seats we'll be in. I was hesitant because of the emergency exit door and what true space we would have. As a United 1K, we always fly Polaris, but since we are taking all our grandkids to Europe, I booked us all in Premium Plus. It will be an interesting flight only because I will not be in Polaris. With that being said your video answered all my questions, and I'll be ok with those seats. Hopefully with all the United Plus Points I have...we'll be upgraded to Polaris 🤞
Hi there, First of all, thank you for this very detailed video, which serves as a great insight into this relatively new product aboard United👍 Just one question was left unanswered: Did the lavatories bother you as the flight progressed? Row 20's legroom looks absolutely fantastic, however, I'm not so sure about hearing people go to the bathroom for hours upon hours is worth it... Could you tell me about your experience with that particular issue? Thanks a lot!
Hi! Great observation. We had no issues with the lavatory. That being said, I believe we had either headphones over our ears or ear plugs in our ears the whole time (which we always do). The legroom is amazing. I cannot say it enough!
You got the pitch wrong, its 38" pitch, not 28" pitch. If it was 28", there would be no foot/leg rest and knees would be touching seat front of you like economy on Spirit and Allegiant.
How much did you pay for it? And will they introduce this on all routes? Just curious since United only offers regular Economy Plus on the daily AMS-IAD flight.

I’m flying on Premium plus soon, so thanks for the report!

Booked this very seat both ways for UK to US trip over Christmas based on your video so thanks for that detailed report!
Yes, very helpful! Just switched my seat to 20L based on this video for a trip from Houston to Honolulu.
@@trey8872 Did it have a footrest like the rest of the Premium seats? Exit row has me concerned that it doesn't.
Yes/no: leg rest, yes. Footrest no.
Definitely going to upgrade my seat for my trip to London, thanks for the video!
Have fun! Feel free to post feedback!

The seats at row 20 are, in our opinion, the best of the breed.

Awesome video man
That's gona be my seat on my trip from NRT to SFO. So excited! First time flying with United.
@PollosWorld Did you end up using this seat? Do you recall if there was a foot rest in the exit row? 20L or 20K.
@@jonniechimpo9871 unfortunately that trip was cancelled because of covid. So I haven’t gone.
Looks and feels better than my AA premium economy to and from LAX to GRU, and those trips were on a new Dreamliner Boeing
Good review. What is the music you used for the video? Was really good!
Is that the Boeing 767-300er?

Compares favorably to other premium products and the breakfast better than expected.
Looks way better than LH Premium Eco.
Where did you get those shoes?! I need a pair.
TOMS!
Makes no sense. One of the cons was price. But the overall had it as decent value!!!!!! Ummmm I’m confused
Omg the music is so annoying !!!
