The fact that ir's Fen"Harel himself and the daughter of Mythal discussing this certainly adds an extra layer of hilarity to this all in retrospect. Solas was probably my favourite companion and Morrigan in Origins and seeing them banter was a treat. I wish we'd gotten more of it.

@@deathking1019 yeah it seam like the veil is some sort of of energy that made the elven gods formless and its people, then solas plants the gods into dragons to die once and for all. Seam like he got impatient and wanna fight them the normal way and get hes people back. They are probubly gonna retcone or rewrite the story again for the fourth game though... I mean the third game basicly said the elves was space traveling miners that use titans/planets blood to keep doing magic and expanding ...thats kinda scifi more then fantasy unless they only used eluvians but i do imagine they had ships and better weapons then the titan machine gun dwarfs in the dlc. Reminds me did any darkspawn talk in third game? Or did the devs act like that dlc did not exist
@@whatwhatever5727 i think the way they explained it is that the talking darkspawn the faction with the architect were it’s own thing seperate from the larger horde I think maybe when hero of fereldan left to battle the calling i can see him teaming up with the architect once more with the talking darkspawn to find a cure
Suddenly it’s a big discovery that there’s a Fen’Harel statue in another gods temple? No one mentioned a thing when I found one in dirthamen secret temple.
Because Morrigan wasnt there to comment on it, and no one in the party except Solas would find it significant, and Solas obviously wouldnt tell you about it.
I played an elve in my first play through and fell in love with Solas (and ignored everything suspicious) got my heart broken. Years later I'm still in love with him ☺️😭
@@deathking1019 Morrigan is bound to Mythal, even if he absorbed Mythal’s essence, the bounding remains if her conscience being subdued or in slumber? I doubt he’d maintain her voice in his head. If mythal’s essence was sent through the eluvian, then Morrigan has her full power against him.
@@spalenzagabriel actually solas to restore his power absorbed her soul and power to replace the power he lost from the orbs destruction so it’s possible morrigan is bound to him now
@@deathking1019 he absorbed something from Flemeth, that’s a fact, but we can’t know for sure he absorbed Mythal. Flemeth sent an old god soul using the Eluvian before Solas arrived, could be Mythal or Urthemiel, more likely to be Mythal since the scene happens even if the ritual wasn’t performed.

that's not really morrigan's fault, it's the games. dai was written for a human, elves , qunari, and dwarves were all added later in production. hence an elf's ignorance to their own culture. also, dalish elves have been catagorically wrong all across the games. their collection of knowlege is feeble at best. it would not be at all surprising for an outsider to know more, seeing as they are able to travel often, and in morrigans case, have access to forbidden and old magic (the eluvian).

I'm saying it's a common argument that Morrigan should be the "elven expert" instead of Merrill or the Dalish Inquisitor because, 'Oh, it turns out she was raised by Mythal, so she must know more about ancient elvhen history/lore than any modern elf." Except she doesn't display more than rudimentary knowledge here, and she herself is SHOCKED when Mythal reveals herself, meaning Flemythal very likely didn't reveal any significant elvhen stuff that would make Morrigan go, "... Huh, actually, that makes sense."

I like to think flemeth passed mythals sould into the eluvian before she was killed swapped her soul out for a spirit of justice like anders had.
I love both Morrigan and Solas, and in my first playthrough I was so sus of Solas
Same im not saying I predicted him being elf Loki but I could tell he was holding something back and he knew Lot more then let on

Morrigan does this to literally everyone she meets. She's quite crude and superior in her figure of speech for almost anyone she's not close with.
