People complain about this scene, but it is so perfect in epitomizing why the Evanuris have fallen. Because even Mythal, the best of them, is such a raging egomaniac. Being worshipped is good for noone.
I agree. Their arrogance and hubris of wanting to be gods and wanting more power and control over their own people is what lead to their fall. Even Solas fell because he thought he was always right and knew all the solutions.
This is only a part of Mythal. Don’t know if you played the game, but Mythal’s spirit was actually fragmented. The part of her that lived in Flemeth is far more patient. And wiser given all her years living on Thedas. This one, is the spirit of the god, and has been locked away by Solas for generations without him visiting her, and forced to watch the world as the Evanuris tried to take over. She doesn’t have the patience or the wisdom due to her basically representing the worst parts of Mythal, which were separated from her fragment that lived in Flemeth, and now Morrigan. The build up and lore behind, what on the surface looks like a very simple collectible and lore quest, is actually so cool. This is a very cool culmination of that. And it obviously gives you access to the secret ending
Mythal wisdom is in Morigan, when she died Mythal broke into multiple spirits, each one representing part of her whole. I forgot which one is it, but pride and wisdom go hand to hand in DA so it could be pride. Flemeths part is wisdom.
