Thank you this video. I just want to make sure I won't screw up and make the wrong choices when convincing Mythal in giving her essences to help deal with Solas.
This dialogue feels so... "gamey". Here's this ancient god of wisdom, and her character seems all over the place. She varies between threatening you and being supportive without rhyme or reason. She tells you you have to convince her like she's aware this is a game and there has to be some sort of challenge, yet the options to persuade her are telling her things she already knows, supposedly better than you... I don't know, feels off, and that's a shame, considering how big she is in the lore
Morrigan explains it. The original gods originated from spirits, and were much more like them in a way that they were prickly, fickle, and felt very deeply. While the part of Mythal that ended with Flemeth and now with Morrigan was able to mature and adapt to the waking world over the millenia, this part left in the Fade, all alone, stewing in her anger over the betrayal from the Evanuris and abandonment from Solas is much more prickly and emotional. I think she is supposed to feel like a spirit, and they do feel all over the place. She was never a god of Wisdom. Solas was a spirit of Wisdom, twisted into Pride by being used by Mythal. She was a spirit of Benevolence.

That was so beautiful to watch. ☺☺ Do we have to pick the choices in exactly this order?🤔
Can still get the essence and the ending by fighting her...
Thanks for the video 😊
😊 I did it without a fight as well. 😂 But it almost had gone wrong.
😂 I made my husbands rook look like yours
I chose all these and I still had to fight her.🧐
