I didn't go down that much as I would want to but its also bc of the days I skipped. I notice that I got more toned than getting a smaller waist, I did go down on belly fat. I would recommend doing this exercise but for like a week or so and then going for a much harder one whenever you are ready. Overall, this is a great workout. So, yes I did do something else, I used a waist trainer, I skipped breakfast but still had three meals a day. I drank lots of water and I did exercises made up by me as well. My waist is not how I want it yet but I’m seeing a lot of changes to my belly (abs).

If someone is wondering to try this or not, do this asap it's really effective. I am near one week from the challenge and I eat as much as I want and with this exercise I have a slim waist and a flat belly. It's so effective I tried many other workouts to get a flat belly they didn't work so this one works. I didn't get any died to do this. Thank you Lena for this. It really made me happy. Then I found this channel and for two weeks I wanted to do your videos instead everyday. And today I was on my last week of the program, but halfway through the workout I said “if I want to enjoy doing something then I need to do what I want” and clicked on this video. I’m so ready to start working out with this channel😆

I can confirm this works and I lost 2 inches off my waist but one thing is that you need to pair it up with cardio or at least 1 more workout. You could also go out for a walk/run, walk around your room for 2-4 hours or even do some dance!! If you don't want to then make sure you have a balanced diet. If you want it to be more effective and quicker then so even a little cardio though

I do this workout with chloe tings 2 week flat ab, 11 line ab from lily sabri , gabrielas 4 minute leg and emi wong 15 day leg workout. Day 1 ✅ i did it but it took a lot of breaks since i am doing 5 workouts ( with 5 minute breaks in between ) . I was sweating a lot also Day 2 - ✅ still took breaks i feel alot of burn in my abs and thighs . Day 3 - ✅ took less breaks, i see no change in my inner thighs but i do see a line down my stomach. ( i did these 3 days without updating so i will try and update every day, wish me luck :) ) So yeah i gave up with this workout plan, but i have a new one and its chloe tings new 2 week shred which i do 2 times and i do lilly sabris lower ab also 2 times and it burns so much

Hi Lena, thank you for the time you put into your workout videos! They're very unique, especially the ones with various parts like stretches incorporated at the end to ensure lean muscles. I also LOVE that you have a vacuum integrated waist workout. Could you please do another with more vacuum intervals? The 5 reps vacuum video has been helping me tremendously to shrink the waist, and it would be amazing if you could mesh that (longer vacuums) into lots of lower abs and oblique moves 🥺🖤 Thank you again for all that you share with us! 🖤

If someone is wondering to try this or not, do this asap it's really effective. I am near one week from the challenge and I eat as much as I want and with this exercise I have a slim waist and a flat belly. It's so effective I tried many other workouts to get a flat belly they didn't work so this one works. I didn't get any died to do this.

Then I found this channel and for two weeks I wanted to do your videos instead everyday. And today I was on my last week of the program, but halfway through the workout I said “if I want to enjoy doing something then I need to do what I want” and clicked on this video. I can confirm this works and I lost 2 inches off my
waist but one thing is that you need to pair it up with cardio or at least 1 more workout. You could also go out for a walk/run, walk around your room for 2-4 hours or even do some dance!! If you don't want to then make sure you have a balanced diet. If you want it to be more effective and quicker then so even a little cardio though

I do this workout with chloe tings 2 week flat ab, 11 line ab from lily sabri , gabrielas 4 minute leg and emi wong 15 day leg workout.
Day 1 ✅ i did it but it took a lot of breaks since i am doing 5 workouts ( with 5 minute breaks in between ) . I was sweating a lot also
Day 2 - ✅ still took breaks i feel alot of burn in my abs and thighs .
Day 3 - ✅ took less breaks, i see no change in my inner thighs but i do see a line down my stomach. ( i did these 3 days without updating so i will try and update every day, wish me luck :) )
So yeah i gave up with this workout plan, but i have a new one and its chloe tings new 2 week shred which i do 2 times and i do lilly sabris lower ab also 2 times and it burns so much

Hi Lena, thank you for the time you put into your workout videos! They're very unique, especially the ones with various parts like stretches incorporated at the end to ensure lean muscles. I also LOVE that you have a vacuum integrated waist workout. Could you please do another with more vacuum intervals? The 5 reps vacuum video has been helping me tremendously to shrink the waist, and it would be amazing if you could mesh that (longer vacuums) into lots of lower abs and oblique moves 🥺🖤 Thank you again for all that you share with us! 🖤

Day 1: Done! I struggled a LOT- my back hurt a lot sometimes.. had to stop a few times but did it all!
Day 2: Did Lena's new work-out~ "Get 11-Line & Ab crack" it was soooo hard!
Day 3: Done! still struggled XD you can feel your abs burning!!
Day 4: Skipped, had a bad day
Day 5: Skipped
Day 6: Played volleyball 3 hours straight i couldnt- XD
Day 7: Same story^
Day 8: Done! i can feel my abs harden while doing this-
Day 9:
