I have done it thrice a day and also did some dance. I also ate junk food everyday still I lost 0.6 inches .😌 I am 100% sure that you will get better results than me and will lose at least an inch if you do it with a proper diet. I guarantee it . I did this exercise within two weeks of having my inflamed appendix taken out and recovering well. I am eating one meal a day, which is my dinner. Any kind of food for my dinner my dad happens to make. I will be eating stuff such as snacks like cucumbers and ranch and any fruits. I am also doing stomach vacuums with 5 reps x 3 a day. I will be doing this in the evening, afternoon, and then at night. Waist: 27 inches Belly: 32 inches Height: 5'2 Day 1- Did this pretty easily / no results yet Day 2- Done Day 3- Belly got smaller Day 4- Day 5- Day 6- Day 7-

hi babe! just wanted to let you know that if you want to, you can def lift weights without getting bulky, it’ll actually make you look more feminine and toned. instead of heavy weights just use lighter weights and do more reps, trust me because i was just like you but going to the gym and lifting weights was one of the best decisions in my life

It's really hard for me get on the ground because I have a lifelong knee injury in my right knee and I wanna be fit but not hurt my knee 😅 I really do enjoyed your 5 min back, calf, and arm as it has help me lose fat in those areas but I also wanna work on my belly too.
