  • Ridge View Elementary principal Naomi Puckett tells about the new $31 million 30-classroom building that replaces the previous 20-classroom school at 7001 W. 13th Ave. in Kennewick. The staff and students will fill the new space following winter break after being temporarily housed for 1.5 years at the former Fruitland school building.

    31 million. Jesus, how many people skimmed off the top of this one? Good thing the funding is guaranteed to pass by one vote in the middle of the night. School choice, please!
