New Cascade Building Owners Share Vision for Downtown Kennewick Landmark

Business partners Kellen Adcock and Kagen Cox share their vision for restoring the fire-damaged Cascade Building at 304 W. Kennewick Ave., in downtown Kennewick. They paid $650,000 for the historic 11,825-square-foot building in late November. Cox recently opened a crepe restaurant business next to the historic building.
