Benton Court rules insanity in Richland Fred Meyer shooting case

Family members of murder victim Justin Krumbah request a trial for Fred Meyer shooter Aaron Kelly during Monday's hearing in Benton County Superior Court. Kelly apologizes during the emotional two-hour long hearing where Judge Jacqueline Stam committed him to Eastern State Hospital for the February 7, 2022 murder of Krumbah and attempted murder of Mark Hill.

He felt he was being followed by a shadowy-ghost-like mob. However there is premeditation because why not shoot the people in the parking lot if he was psychotic? why go inside and find the victim and target him? also how did WA state give him access to buy a gun? if they did not then follow up with the gun owner ... theres alot of unexplained things here. Also a lot of cover ups.
