Lewis Street Underpass - A Look Into Pasco History

Longtime Pasco residents Dallas Barnes and Felix Vargas share childhood memories of using the historic Lewis Street underpass - the link from east Pasco into west Pasco. The underground Pasco structure has seen better days in its nearly 90 years. On Monday, Feb. 26, 2024 cars will drive through it for the last time as the city plans to close it.
