This recipe is awesome! A friend of mine gave me a recipe like this years ago and we love it. Her recipe mixes the chicken in with the soup and everything else except the tortillas. And your right it is definitely better the next day. Great recipe. Thanks!

I just ate the last piece for lunch today when I was babysitting my grandkids and it still tasted great 4 days later!! It freezes great too🥰
