Hi, and welcome to my channel!! On this channel i will share with you a variety of quick and easy recipes, including appetizers, salads, main dishes, and desserts. I try to use less than 10 ingredients and most recipes are 30 minutes or less!
My goal is to make recipes that are easy to make as well as taste great! I will also show You how to make a selection of Cocktails to go with your dishes! I love to share my 40 years of experience. I attended Culinary School in San Diego as well as Napa Valley and became a Personal Chef as well as a Caterer.

You Won’t Believe these are Gluten Free! 😱. Chewy Chocolate Chunk Cookies
These Gluten Free Chocolate Chunk Cookies are so chewy and delicious. They get that rich flavor from browning the butter first and the dark chocolate chunks are the perfect contrast to the sweet buttery cookie. You can definitely make these with regular all purpose flour as well!
Ingredients:
3/4 C sugar
3/4 C Packed light brown sugar
2 Sticks unsalted butter, melted and browned
2 large eggs
2 t vanilla
2 1/4 C Gluten Free Flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt

My niece has this way when goes shopping for food, she knows what she's going to make. she msy find a recipe on tic toc or something, but when she gets in the kitchen and its meatloaf with bacon on top. southern potatoes and string beans. cornbread, now the only thing I'm good at and my niece's older son loves is my potatoe salad, QUESTION, fo you fo any other sauces, or cake, my all time favorite 2 cakes are pound cake and coconut cake.

There's one thing that I'm not good at is baking. I have 3 more sisters in my family and my sister thst lives in California. snd my baby sister are good at it, now my niece. cooks and bakes like mom. she can but together anything, like macaroni and cheese, baked beans. sweet cornbread, collard greens, a seafood casserole. I mean anything. 😊me personally. a chicken hot dog, and chips or peanut butter sandwich and Ramen noodles and cold glass of milk.
