If you’ve never had this… please give it a try!!! Everyone will love it!! Thank you for watching ❤
This is my favorite salad of all time, I literally crave it. I use the "shrimp" version of ramen if you can find it. I use the coleslaw mix because its easier and faster (broccoli slaw is really good too), I use Red Wine or Rice Wine vinegar, I substitute the almonds with sunflower seeds (because I dont like almonds) and the ingredient that pushes it over top for me... is to add shredded or flakes of imitation crab meat
Thank you so much for watching! Oh my goodness, I am definitely going to try your version next time! I think it would be fabulous with the imitation crab meat and the shrimp Ramen! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving
I love this salad. I have a version of it.
Thank you so much for watching my friend! Yes, there are several versions of this and they all are delicious. I like the fact that you can add different ingredients and still have it taste great so much better than regular boring coleslaw. Have a wonderful weekend.

Hi Rena!! Thank you so much for watching my friend! Yes, I also make a similar noodle cabbage salad using a Thai peanut dressing! But I think you could also use that dressing for the salad as well! I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving!

Thank you so much for watching Mary! It’s so so good you get the crunchy texture from the Ramen noodles. It’s a little bit sweet and the cabbage is so different than just regular coleslaw. I hope you can give us a try. I hope you and your family had a wonderful Thanksgiving.
@@IntheKitchenwithKaren Thank you! 🙂
This reminds me of Chinese chicken salad. Very similar, I think, only your version has no chicken. I have all those ingredients on hand except the vegetables. Sounds delicious.
BTW, I have prepared two cookie doughs (your recipes for Bakery Peanut Butter cookies and Chewy Chocolate Brownie w/ espresso...I know those are not the exact names) which are sitting in the fridge now. I just may make the Walnut Squares too since I have all the ingredients on hand for that one as well. Sounds very easy because you can mix it all by hand and it does not make a huge volume. Once I am done with my baking, I plan on taking these over to my relatives in Fountain Valley. A lot of kids will be enjoying everything.
Will let you know how the results turned out and what everybody said about these treats later.😊
Hi Kathleen! Thank you so much for watching my friend! Yes, it is similar to a chicken salad and you can definitely add chicken to this. Oh, I’m so glad you were trying those two cookies they are my favorites. I hope everyone enjoys them!
@IntheKitchenwithKaren Listen, those cookies are just divine, and everything you said about them is true. The only1 thing I am concerned about is the fact that since kids (ranging between the ages of 9-17) will be eating these cookies, I wonder if the recipes will appeal to their likely simpler tastebuds. Your recipes are for connoisseur palates, and I think their tastes are simpler than that and all that extra superdelicioso richness may just overwhelm them. That is my only concern. I hope the adults will appreciate them more. Results from them are pending. Will keep you informed.
@ I hope the kids like them ❤️
no I've never heard of this before but it looks really good! I love cabbage and I think some chicken or beef would be so good here too!
Yes! Shrimp too!! So it could definitely be a main dish salad! It’s so good! Thanks for watching Anadi 🥰
Good evening Karen; salad looks amazing. I will definitely have to try this one. Hope you had a great Thanksgiving my friend.
Thank you for watching Laura!! It’s really good!! All the ingredients just go so well together! I gave made this for so many gatherings and everyone loves it.
Hi Karen, crunchy noodles?
Happy Thanksgiving! 🌟
They are very good. You can make a snack out of just the noodles. I usually toast them in my oven but you have to watch them real close or they can burn.
@gowest5145 interesting!
Thank you 😊
Hey sunset! Thank you so much for watching my friend. Yes! The Ramen noodles are sort of like croutons, but they also get a little bit soft when they’re sitting in the dressing my family and friends always love this salad such a nice change of pace from boring coleslaw, I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
❤ I’m looking for a microwave English Toffee recipe 😊. Is there even such a thing ❓❓❓❓
Hi Wendy, thank you so much for watching this salad is really delicious. You know I have seen versions from the microwave, but I don’t have an actual recipe but I will try to find you one!
Have a Happy Thanksgiving Karen ‘
Thank you so much! We had a wonderful relaxing Thanksgiving. I hope yours was amazing too!
I was looking for a dish to bring to work and this is perfect!! How far in advance should I mix the dressing in. Should I mix it just before serving so the noodles don’t get too soggy? Looks amazing!
Hi Sheri!! Thanks for watching!! You can definitely put the dressing in up to 4 hours before serving it!! I hope you will enjoy it!!
@@IntheKitchenwithKaren - Just wanted to say, I made this for Christmas and it was such a huge hit. I referred several people to this video for the recipe. Thanks so much!
@ hey Sheri!!! Oh um so happy they enjoyed it!!!
