Very informative video- great pacing! I also really appreciated that you mentioned that the land was originally inhabited by the Tongva people - thanks for recognizing that :)
Love your video of Santa Monica-I have lived here for over 60 years - blue eyed blonde hair beach girl. the only thing i wonder about is why you did not mention Gilberts el indio for mexican food - the best in santa monica
Do you prefer the pier or the downtown of Santa Monica?
The palisades park is great!
I came across this video today and found it's great as you'd visited there and introduced it personally.
Glad you enjoyed it!

Hi! Have you stayed at the Proper? I’m debating between Shutters and Proper
I have not but I've been by a number of times, I don't think you could go wrong with either hotel
👍👍👍👍
I have been there before is it in Los Angeles ca
It is in Los Angeles County, Santa Monica is its own city.
Thank you Sir ♥️
Thanks for watching!
FYI - Lowe's Santa Monica Beach Hotel is permanently closed. 😥
I just saw that they closed this spring. It looks like a new hotel should open in that same building by the end of the summer
I just visited this beach for the first time. Definitely a plain jane beach. I felt disappointed. Venice was more scenic.
You'd enjoy the scenic beaches near Malibu or down in Orange County, like Laguna Beach!
@@travelingtipps I will check those out on my next visit in a couple of months.
Fffg...Santa Monica fares with bridge underneath it all or what gos by it underneath for go moments today..."Rumpelstiltskin".
