    I made this using your recipe as my sibling's child's Haitian relatives said this was their favorite when they were a baby. I made it; they weren't big on it but it still brought back nice memories for them.

    I'm American my husband Haitian I made it for him,and family they where in shock because I was shy cooking haitian foods things and I learn from u the rice with Lima bean and conch maybe a little off with things but they love it thank u

    The wonderful lady I work for is Haitian and shes been teaching me some cooking. I tried this a few days ago and loved it so I bought all these ingredients and you video showed me how to make it because a bit of a language barrier, my question is.... is this healthy to eat. I see the milk and coconut milk is very high in calories, but I can eat this 2 times a day.

      It is not healthy but it ok to enjoy every now and then. Moderation is key!

      NATALIE JENKINS .... yes, it Actually taste better, you can make it with or without the skin.. all the nutritions is in the skin.

      Yes, absolutely but the taste will be different from the green plantain labouyi.

      NATALIE JENKINS ... I am sorry, I don’ use measurement cups.. I believe 1/2cup should do.. remember your adding evaporated milk and coconut milk, so you do not need much water, you don’t want it to be liquidy

      andrenor sainthilaire ...coconut milk is optional, I like it in my porridge, it all depends on how you enjoy it
