Wish is a weird spot because from what I have seen with some youtubers ordering off wish there are some sellers based in the state. With places like AliExpress and Alibababa you are ordering straight from Chinese manufacturers.

Dude, I found a smaller version of that mini ps5 on AliExpress months ago for like $20. When I received my unit, I immediately gutted it and put my Raspberry Pi 4 in it. Now I have a sweet Raspberry Pi 4 powered mini ps5 retro machine beast.
You should do a video on that..
Honestly surprised you don’t see more companies just making plastic cases for raspberry pi emulators so you can have something more solid to set by a tv or pc. Unless they do but I don’t follow a lot of the emulator scene much.
Yeah I did the same with a mini fake ps3 I bought. Had actual classic psone games on it that ran awful or not at all. So I have a collection of these fake consoles but they’re good for changing my Pi up every now and then.

I laughed so hard that I cried at the heterosexual rebirth, and when it’s alien resurrection just called that, I almost pissed myself.
The "Professional game chip" & "Double hands" got me. Imagine getting a current gen console & two hands come with them.
With a warning that the controller only responds to the hands and not YOUR hands so you best hold them!

This is kind of genius. It's like getting something for very small kids that want a PS5 but they're too young for something that expensive and delicate. This not only shuts them up, entertains them with some super fun retro games, and won't bother the real PS5.

I love it when they offer fake products. There have been quite a number of times that I was actually pretty surprised and satisfied with a fake product, that worked nearly as well if not sometimes better than the original, but then you have moments like this. First of all that PS5 is too small. And I'm pretty sure that is the PS5 controller though. But that truly worked, I would be amazed.

Are the original guts of this thing usable for anything? Don't know the actual specs so can't say if it's that underpowered or are there other factors making it so jank.

All that are in these things are tiny PCBs and wires held in place with some glue and tape. They often come loose and rattle around.
"Double hands" - all I can picture is a pair of foam hands you HAVE to hold because the controller only responds to them and not your REAL fingers.

Since it runs RetroArch that means the processor has mainline Linux support. The GV2 processor name you said is actually from Rockchip. Most of those have great mainline Linux support. Meaning you could find/compile a newer functional RetroArch build for it.
