Although that's the "meaning", native Chinese speakers don't talk like that. The wording and grammar was totally messed up. That's 100% machine translation from English, I mean, poorly. Google Translate would likely do a better job, which brings up some interesting questions - who exactly was behind that message? Why were they pretending to be Chinese?
(A much more natural way to express similar meaning would be "哈哈傻逼，錢我们是收到了，准备拿来买叶子去，只可惜你毛線都不會收到了呢😂")
I have a feeling that the extra SD card filled with Russian games are there because the guy selling it saw you're from Finland and just went "He probably doesn't speak English if he fell through with my scam, I better send him something that he can play" out of pity and doesn't realize that Finns don't speak Russian

I'm actually surprised how many games there are in Russian in these Chinese bootleg consoles nowadays. I remember how a few years ago most of them were in English with a few in Chinese. Might be because there's now a market for this kind of stuff in Russia due to western stuff no longer being available there for reasons that everybody is probably aware of.
I looked into russian translated games and found entire websites dedicated for it.
I even found a russian translation of 50 Cent: Bulletproof for the PS2 😂 Might check it out on stream sometime
