Understandable. To clarify...the reps are designating a time that I'm spending on a movement - NOT the number of reps that you must achieve. My cadence is my best guess at the average for an "all levels" practice. If I perform a set of 12 reps, maybe your pace for that movement gives you a set of 6 reps. That's fine. What matters more than the number is the quality of movement and what you're learning.

I like your workouts, but when you're done with your reps, I'm usually about half way there. WAY too fast
