Same in Tai Chi push hands. Your instructions are very helpful. 👍

Combat Mobility is OUT! In 2025 you should do "Yoga-Boxing" or „Pillow-Kung-Fu“ or „Slap-Boxing for Beginners“ or „Karate with Rubber Bands“ or „Slipper-Surfing“ but very important is to show your butt. Maybe you should try "Full Combat Yoga ThaiChi " ...lol....
