  • Mastering the individual movements within a chain movement pattern, before performing the complete "flow", can really help you gain more stability, control, and awareness, making it a lot easier to follow when you put all the movements together!

    30 Seconds Rest

    THE BREAKDOWN:
    STEP 1.
    Shinbox Switcheroo
    6-8 Reps
    STEP 2.
    Lizard Push Up
    6-8 Reps
    STEP 3.
    Shin Slide to Bridge
    6-8 Reps
    STEP 4.
    Dancing Dog
    30 Seconds Work
    (3 Sets, 60-90 Seconds Rest in between Sets)
