    Here is a barre workout you can do at home! This was a special request from one of my subscribers - it's an all mat barre workout! Many of my barre workouts include a mat section at the end targeting a specific area of body. THIS workout is done entirely from the mat. It's great for someone who needs a low impact workout but still intense enough to get results.

    *I love how thick the mat is **bestgym.equipment** definitely will help when doing planks in the basement. Believe this product is for those that need little extra cushion while working out or even could use as base mat during camp outs. It's 71inches by 24 inches.*

    I have chronic injuries in my feet/ankles and have had a hard time finding a super challenging workout that I can do. This is it! Definitely got my subscription. I’d love to see more of your mat series… Anything non-weight bearing on the feet. Thank you so much!

    love this workout! the pace gets the heart rate up, which is the whole point. thank you! please keep making new workouts, from a stay at home mom of 5 who lives in the mountians, barre is hard to come by! love them all.

    Great workouts. I have always loved doing HiiT workouts, but due to injury I have been unable to the last 6 months. I have really enjoyed all the workouts you post. They have been perfect.

    New Barre Workout!! Just posted onto youtube. It's an all mat series per special request from one of my subscribers. We target triceps and shoulders, hips, thighs and core. Don't let that it's an all mat series fool you. It's an intense and effective workout!

      +Shauna Kathleen The thing that makes a barre fitness/workout a barre fitness/workout is that it's ballet-inspired. There is absolutely nothing related to ballet in this workout. This is just a mat workout. You really need to learn your terminology. False advertising, misleading title.

    The only way I could keep up with the routine is by adjusting the speed (in settings) to 0.75 of the normal.

    awesome workout, but WAY too fast! i get not letting your muscles cool down between circuits, but the tempo is crazy for most people. i do love the combination of exercises, they seem incredibly effectvie.

    i had to keep rewinding because i need 2 seconds or so to change positions! I kept missing some reps!!! transitions are not smooth

    Transitions between the movements are SOOOOO FAST. It could've been a good exercise but I thought I was being chased by Jason from Friday the Thirteenth during the whole exercise.... which made my stress level go up like crazy.
    and her narration isn't helping at all...
    Definitely not for beginners. I wish she could do another video like this in a slower version because it could be a great total body workout.

      The best option is to find another barre instructor with slower, easier routines, and build up your strength and agility before attempting this one. I recommend Coach Kel, she's hard, but her work is often slower. I used to do this all the time, once you figure out what she's doing, it's easy to follow along. Best of luck to you :)

      I thought the same, it's way too fast, I had to adjust the speed to 0.75 of normal speed just to keep up. It can be done through video settings.

    Great concept for a workout but you really need to work on your cues. Frankly, I'm surprised you posted this and others I watched. Moving so fast without an adequate transition between moves, is irresponsible to those that do your workouts. It can lead to injury and poor execution to the point of not getting a proper workout.
    I think you're very talented but I would advise re-mastering this and others so no one gets hurt and turns away from your channel.

    Your work outs are killer but the cue-ing is so terrible- you can barely keep up with yourself verbally- how is one supposed to follow this at home without pausing and rewinding? You need to either edit these better or time yourself better while recording the workout.

    I just finished your workout! The workout is great , but your way is unbearable. You talk too fast , you jump from move to move too fast, you talk and talk and talk, without taking any precautions about people that follow you!. I am trully sorry , but i am not going to workout with you again. You should show some respect to people that workout daily as i am, but barre is something new to them. We are not ballerinas , we are common people trying to stay healthy, strong and fit. At least you should slow down your pace! explain the exercises more adequately, don't talk so much and take it a bit slower. I think most of your followers will agree with me.
