    I love your videos. The speed is intense but this is how it is in an actual Barre class. Keep up the great work!! I do 4 of your videos every Mon, Tues, Thurs and Fri xo

    Great challenging workouts. I have noticed that I’ve only done 3 of your workouts so far and my flexibility has already increased.

    Coming from someone who regularly does HITS, this is actually challenging!! Couldn't finish it!! Great workout

    This is the second of your workouts I have done on here and as a yoga and fitness instructor, this was still intense for me too - I was dreading the DOMs from the Total Body one I did with a million squats in it the other day.... Love it, thank you.

    Awesome workout! I am new to this and really enjoyed it. I am trying to incorporate some strength training into my running routine. This was so good I am afraid I will not be able to run (or move) tomorrow! Thanks for posting!!! I will make sure to check out your other videos.
