Great looking watch, love the colors of this W&W version -- waiting for mine to arrive, wasn't in the first 50. I did receive my Nivada Grenchen Chronomaster last week -- hasn't been off of my wrist since, absolutely killer. They even have a book available that is dedicated to the originals of this very well executed re-issue watch, an added bonus for collectors. NG is knocking them out of the park. Nice video!
I'd buy it for $250, at $1800 I find it a bit ridiculous, even in the video it looks like a lower grade finish. I mean they put a Seiko movement in it and then engrave "Swiss Assembled" on it? Really by doing that, you make me feel the sting of low IQ, I'm now buying a product that some disingenuous marketeer slapped together. Hey Bob I just bought this watch made of Chinese parts, but hey it was assembled in Switzerland, by some guy in a white coat that always has a loupe on his face. . Bob: Wow, that's amazing does he eat Tolberone too? I bet he does. Me: No, Bob all Swiss people don't eat Tolberone, that's racist of you!
It was $450 on windup watch shop someone might be selling for more now.. I definitely would not pay $1800. Movement is Japanese. A lot of watches in this price range and above definitely have Chinese parts. Thanks for watching!
