As a doctor from USA. 3500 pound for a doctor net pay is less than ward cleaner in USA. Doctors in USA can make on average 5 times more than that. And with locum etc can make 10 times more than that
Isn't the monthly wage in USA around 4000 per month? Coz that's what a doctor told in another Doc Ali video and I think it comes out to be more or less the same as the monthly wage in UK.. can you please tell? Asking for knowledge since I plan to take MLE step1
@@MuhammadSaeed90but in usa you don't get those huge figures because pakistani visa for usa forces you to do a waiver . So 3 years for that . Then after that you apply for match for fellowship, and then you get to earn that huge amount you are talking about While in uk although residency is long but you don't have to do any waivers etc or anything and easily get nationality in 5 years Conclusion is , USA is best if you want to come back to Pakistan because citizenship in US is brutal post 2020 but you'll save time on your specialization if you put your waiver as ^homecountry^ , while UK is best if you want to get citizenship and save your future generations
Aoa sir I've question! I'll grateful if you tell me about it. If someone has cleared step 1 & 2 of USMLE and also published a research then immediately after House job..Can he get a job in any country like middle east or any.. without any experience after House job?
It will be a bit difficult in my opinion bcz of following 2 reasons 1). If u have pakistani passport, then they dont value this in the middle east that much as compared to having a UK or US passport 2). They actually need consultants etc more as compared to residents. If u wanna do residency (for career progression) then US or UK is good
As i have read your journey so far…. It looks like u can get a match in some of the low competition specialities like IM, FM or psychiatry in the US. If u have come so far then u mist proceed with that bro (in my opinion). May Allah bless you
Really happy to see a fellow doctor being content and happy in his life decisions and the earning that he is making it's actually a breath of fresh air. At the same time it's so disappointing to see our fellow country men living else where in the world downgrading this young doctor and and saying stuff like "in USA we pay a ward boy more than him" First of all, it tells alot about you and your mentality and you level of educational background when you make such horrendous comments like these, money isn't the end of the word, choosing UK over USA has more to it then just money. Secondly, it's better to stay silent instead of giving useless opinions on stuff you have little knowledge over.
Indeed bro That comment was offensive and no horrors I am hearing it from someone in the US. USMLE is the best option no doubt at all but all that money u need for doing steps, electives/observerships and the match fee…. Everyone doesnt have that (not everyone is so privileged) …. UK offers a decent living too in my opinion (as i have heard from my seniors). But i would still say, if u can afford then USMLE is the best thing for you
Good for you that you are paying your employee that much, but no one's asked for your employees pay here. If you can't say anything positive than atleast stay silent. Not everyone takes all their lives decisions totally dependant on money, a young doctor choosing UK over USA has much more to it then just a few thousand bucks which you won't know of bcz you are blinded by that money.
That's what you call a genuine and honest video. Thank you doctors ...

I would recommend that you should upload a single video of at least 30 mins instead of uploading in the form of pieces.
Dont come here to complain. You will still be building properties back in India on UK Doc salary
Is there rest of video?
