yea they were heading that route but she backed out. She has no idea what she wants in life and still growing up. Jason needs some one ready to settle down and she is not ready for that, She may find out the hard way when she dose grow up and figure out what she wants it may be to late. Jason is a great guy. and she would be perfect for him but she is not able or willing to setting down.
New to your channel, but one thing that really sticks out is the young lady that's always helping you. You are extremely blessed to have her help. She is a very hard worker, seems to be very knowledgeable and a viable asset to your building project. And as an "ADDED" bonus, easy on the eyes!
Jason & Melisa you two make an awesome team together. You two are doing an amazing job on the cabin and way to go Jason for saving the three legged dog and for getting Melisa to eat chicken hearts.
The windows in the tiny house look so good. How exciting to see the door with a door lock and knobs. AWSOME work you two, thanks for saving that little dog at the river. By the way those puppies are beautiful and so chunky.
Dear Jason and Melisa, I want to thank you for posting today. Today’s one of my darkest days by watching you it is taking me away from my pain of losing my beloved Yorky sassy I’ve had over the past 15 years. I don’t know if you’ll ever read this but I will thank you for helping me quell my pain. I wish only the best for you guys. Life throws us so many curveballs. KeepAll the things that we love close . I will continue to pray for you my sassy. I wish I would just stop hurting. It’s hard to breathe
Yimjustbeachy, Sorry you lost your beloved Yorky. Our animals are our family too and we mourn for them. I hope tomorrow is easier for you than today was.
Getting those windows in will definitely be a plus. Always need a breeze. In the old days, some houses were built with a breezeway. Basically, the structure was built in two sections with a porch through the middle between each end and the roof covering the entire structure, creating the breezeway. I've always been fascinated with that design. Enjoyed the video. Scenes from the river are always beautiful and relaxing. Have a great day!!!
I appreciate the fact that you go slower when teaching Melisa what to do. There are so many things to learn in construction. I asked about the brackets and bracing on Jared's live, but great to know you found most of what you needed. Take Care P.S.: Thank you for helping that poor dog today. I know he appreciated you coming to his rescue.
Jason this Granny just loves your attitude and thinking on life honey. Melisa sure does bring out the best in you. I just love her too. You kids have a blessed day son, sending you both love and prayers. I love watching both adventures with you and Melisa
Awe Jason, thank you so much for showing us the puppies!!!!! I sure miss seeing puppies as they are a wonderful stress relief to see, hear, and play with. My heart just melts. They sure are cute!!!! Wish I lived closer to you as I'd come and "babysit" them!!!! :-) Love seeing those windows getting installed. I know I'm very late watching this and commenting.
Mr Crocker, I just gotta say that you sir, are living the dream! Your lady is looking good AF too! Just recently discovered the channel and have been binge watching all day! Best wishes for your awesome life!
Since you have the locks on the door now, I bet that it feels like you got your keys to the new 🏠. Love deer heart, liver and absolutely love turkey heart and gizzard in homemade stuffing. Thank you for helping the 🐕. Teach Melisa everything you can. Much love to you too 😘❤️❣️❤️
Jason, thank you so very much for saving that dog!!! Awesome video! Jason, before I forget again, if you'll go get some ice in town at bedtime ( block ice will work best if you can get it) set the ice in front of the fan while you all sleep, it'll be cooler for you all. Way to knock out those windows! The puppies are growing & looking good. My baby girl is coming up tomorrow. If she's gone by your live stream hopefully I'll remember it, if not I'll caught it on rerun. Good night! Sweet dreams! Much
Hello Jason and Melissa thank God you were there to save that three legged dog God bless you Jason and Melissa love your tool belt sweetie you look good with it on be safe on the 4th love you guys.
Another great video. I like the long ones. Your always rescuing a animal and that is so sweet. I love all the hard work that went into this video, with all the shots, introduction, and all that working. Your tiny home is amazing already! Thats nice locking the front door!
Ok. So, I had to stop the video in the middle of the intro to sat this: FABULOUS INTRO! Way cool music and photography, filmography, whatever. It’s fabulous!
...the tool belt.... Priceless .....window tap for soda... Precious .......fear of minibike..... and chicken hearts..... Cured .......saving a dog from drowning..... Over the top for bonus points!
Awesome video. Great to see Melisa is back and hope she feels better soon, mouth pain is the worst. Love all you have accomplished on the tiny home it looks great. Keep up the hard work but also take some time to play so you don't burn out.
So glad to see you both making some progress with your tiny house - nice job. Kudos on saving the dog's life and no fish is to small not to eat - Blue Gills are very tasty for their size. Also, we use to eat not only the chicken's heart but also the Gizzard and liver. Wonderful tasting when fried up in bacon grease. Have a great 4th of July and God bless you both.
Jason , when I was a child my aunt and uncle did not have running water in their homes like we do today. Instead they had hand pumps which you can still find in some places. My uncle had built a table stand around his hand pump and had it over an old white farm house sink. Each day he would pump water from his well ( that he drove the water pipes down himself ) and my aunt would cook from this until he built her one inside the kitchen and on his back porch. The one in the yard then was turned over for clothes washing while the one on the porch was for washing up before dinner. The third was in the kitchen strictly for cooking. I remember as a child going to visit during the summer and my uncle would prime the pump by pouring about a gallon of water ( sometimes it would require more ) down in the pipes of the well while pumping the handle as fast as possible. When the fresh water came out it was almost ice cold and we kids would take turns drinking until our bellies sloshed ! Afterwards my uncle would laugh and let us play in the number 3 tub of water that was collected to wash clothes in. Family memory but my real point in telling you this story was to suggest that you try putting down a pump like this. No electricity is needed and you wont have to climb hills and mountains for water any more. Tractor supply Carrie's this pump I believe. It is just another thought from your old 68 year old Nana from Georgia. ♥️🙏🌹
Jason and Melisa, I loved the video. You make a great team. Teaching Melisa along the way is very cool. As always I love seeing all of the dogs. (Love Rufio,) The puppies having their own fan is awesome. Another way you love your dogs. The house is looking great. I'm happy you'll have more air moving at night and security. Great job, Have a great night, God bless
Amen, What a blessed country we live in, hope we all REMEMBER that this weekend and everyday!!🇺🇸 SO enjoyed getting to see your day AND learning more about installing windows! YAY!👍🏼 It's lookin GREAT!! Gotta give Melisa props about the chicken hearts, good job Jason🍽, GRAVY makes everything better!! Kinda like bacon. Glad to see Melisa back and feeling better.❤️😊
You two got a lot of work done. Way to go saving the dog from the river Jason. My Momma used to cook the Gizzards and Hearts from the chickens my Step Daddy butchered. Yum Yum. Way to go Melisa trying them, even with your mouth hurting. You two stay healthy and safe. God Bless Y'all.
Man all the windows are in and now I am excited to see the bathroom being built. You did not keep any of those fish fro dinner? Saving a 3 legged dog was wonderful. Puppies are so darn cute. You and Melisa make such a great team and you both are hard workers. Bless you both. We have the freedom because of our military men and women, past and present. As always another great video.
I would be getting a plastic table cloth and maybe staple it it the cooking station so then it would be easier to wipe down for cleaning and would not hurt to get wet if rained on
Sounds like a great idea!! A chlorox wipe would take care of the bacteria from egg and any raw chicken especially. Would hate to see them get sick with food poison as hot as it is!
You are that dog's hero! I like how you patiently tell and show Melisa how to do things and encourage her to try new things. I'm sure it goes both ways. Dinner looked really good, only missing the fried okra. lol Wish you were closer, my son's looking for an emotional support dog and one of your pups would be great. Alas, Washington is a long way from you.
Looks like you will learn very quickly how to build your own little house. Wow great work guys Jason you are a good teacher Melisa you are a quick learner love the windows hope there are some cross breezes for you both tonight. Time to get a bed Melisa air mattresses suck lol. Stay safe 🇦🇺❤️🇦🇺

Fyi, the " tall" windows you installed last month aren't meant to be installed vertically, they're horizontal windows. If you look on the outside on the left hand side of the window near the nailing flange you'll see two little openings, one near the top and one near the bottom. These are there to let any condensation or moisture drain out the bottom when installed correctly.

SOOOO many windows! Hope you don't lose too much heat in the wintertime, although with a big enough stove you may not mind. But it's so nice and bright.
I'm saying thank you for saving the dog I just had to say it everything is looking amazing and eww no chicken hearts, look how far you have COME BRAVO 👏
Cut house wrap (Tyvek) in an X. Corners to opposite corners. Thgis way top, bottom, and both sides are mostly covered when wrapped into the opening! Then double it up around the entire window opening with Visqueen for best protection from long term rot and mold.
Great way to wake up in the morning with my cuppa, The Crockers! I'm 7hrs ahead. Never, EVER seen Jason use a toolbelt, but he got one for you Melisa, looks good on ya! The windows look awesome! Hopefully that cross breeze lasts through the night so you're cooler. Awesome video guys! Lookin forward to the live, my one late night a week! 😂😂
Hi jason and Melisa, awesome to see you both again and working up a storm too. Be careful of that heat you won't want to get heatstroke. It is great that you can go down to the river when you need to cool off and it is so pretty down there. It must be so relaxing after putting in such a hard day's work. Good job saving that dog Jason, bet he was real pleased to see you. The windows look great, and they are allowing lots of light in the cabin. Do you have any flyscreens for them? That sure would help out with the insect problem if you do. It must have been very satisfying to put the hardware on your front door and being able to lock it up. How is Melisa's face doing? Hope the pain level has dropped a bit, I can see the pain on her face sometimes and it makes me cringe for her. Take care and stay safe Love from Australia❤️😀🇦🇺
Get a solar powered gable vent or a louvered vent before you finish out the gable sheathing . Install it as high as the trim will allow . Keep the attack area WELL ventilated.
Getting there.. If you look in the instructions it'll show how to turn the door knob cylinder over in the lock so the key hole is the same way as the dead bolt.
Jason, you and Melisa can build her a tiny house . You are showing her everything she needs to know. She a very smart lady. Bless you both.
Trying to show her as much as I can! That's the whole reason she's here, to learn! She'll be building anything she wants soon!
yea they were heading that route but she backed out. She has no idea what she wants in life and still growing up. I would be getting a plastic table cloth and maybe staple it it the cooking station so then it would be easier to wipe down for cleaning and would not hurt to get wet if rained on
Especially after cracking an egg!
You can also get clips or purpose made pegs to hold the tablecloth in place.
Lol I was thinking that
Sounds like a great idea!! A chlorox wipe would take care of the bacteria from egg and any raw chicken especially. Would hate to see them get sick with food poison as hot as it is!

She looking good in that swimsuit. My bad the devil 👿 made say this.

I knew that before installing them. I'm not worried about it
I would seal the breather holes with a good silicone because I have replaced a window that was installed upside down and was full of water.
Have had hearts before but never had them fried. Yes God bless the USA. God bless you from Michigan
Jason I am so happy that you're working on your tiny house it's looking good with all those windows keep up with a good work and be safe God bless 😇

Go ahead and get a screened door. When your inside you can open the door and get the breeze without all the bugs and flys
That's on the list!
@@TheCrockers The list never stops ! Always something ! 8 )
Should also install screens on all the windows. OK has a nasty number of flying bugs. Especially when withing a few miles of water.

Good save on the dog god bless you x
