    🧘🏻‍♀️ WELCOME TO 5 DAY YIN YOGA JOURNEY 🧘🏻‍♀️
    🗓️ DAY 2
    We will take up some Deep Stretch postures in this session - Let's experience 'Getting Deeper into Yin Postures'. Keep a Yoga Block or 2 pillows handy with you. We will hold each posture for 2-3 minutes. It will an INTENSE yet CALMING Flow.
    A complete FOLLOW ALONG session to help us make yin yoga part of our lives.
    ☯️ Yin Yoga helps in calming our body and mind. It reduces ANXIETY & STRESS.
    ☯️ These practices help in increasing blood circulation, also balances energy(chi) in various energy channels.
    ☯️ Yin Yoga improves flexibility and joint mobility.
