When one eats salads they have minimal calories and they add bulk in stomach. when stomach is streched it releases satiety hormone and one experiences filling effect. I eat only salads paneer and eggs not touched rice or chapaty or any wheat items for last 4 months.

How exactly does this help you loose weight? All it does is keep you filled up for longer with the protein content but doesn't actually literally help you loose weight so maybe a title to say "healthy protein salad to assist with your weight loss" 👍🏽
Your answer is in your question itself. 🙄 It keeps us full, therefore you don't go around munching on other food items, therefore helps in cutting down calories. There's protein in it whicb is required if you're working out. That's why it's healthy. There is no magic food which will make you lose weight just by eating it.

Everything is good in this salad except that table salt you have added... Now a days doctors recommend not to consume raw salt... Which you have added... Instead of that we can add the salt in the time of boiling the chana... This salt ruined the dish from health perspective and if someone gonna consume it daily definitely gets high blood pressure...
Mr. RUclips - Body needs to have balanced diet and even while reducing weight you need to take health fats. To my knowledge - adding 1 table spoon on Olive oil doesn't harm in 2-3 servings of this salad. Anyway - customization can be done as per the needs. I tried to give a balanced salad which has 3-4 protein high ingredients and tasty as well. I hope you understand.! :)

I would recommend adding just the oil and pepper for this salad. Having salt is not good for weight loss.
