Ingredients -
100 grams Cabbage
50 grams Capsicum
50 grams Red Bell Papers
1 Medium Size Carrot
1 Small Size Cucumber
100 grams Paneer
100 grams Blanched Brocolli
½ Cup Blanched Sweet Corn
2 tsp Ghee
2 Cup Boiled Chole Chana/Kabuli Chana
¼ tsp Black Pepper Powder
½ tsp Roasted Cumin Powder/Bhuna Jeera Powder
½ tsp Chaat Masala
½ tsp Red Chilli Powder
As per taste Salt
As required Chopped Coriander Leaves (For Garnishing)
5-6 Walnuts
For Prepare the Dressing
½ Cup Fresh Curd
2 tbsp Schezwan Chutney
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Lemon Juice
As per taste Salt

Salad is very nice. But some words are not clear. Black pepper and red chilly powder could not be understood in spite of rewinding and listening again. That's why visual display of ingredients is helpful.
