1/2 cup soya chunks
1/2 cup brocolli
.70 gm paneer
1 tbsp roasted peanut
1/2 capsicum
1/2 red yellow capsicum
2 onion
1 tomato
fresh coriander
salt to taste
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp olive oil
1/4 tsp black pepper crush
1 tsp chop green chilli
1 tsp chop garlic
