Earlier i use to hate salads specifically tomatoes and onions, but since i have started intermittent fasting and cook my own foodin lesser oil and better ingredients i have started eating salads with various dressing, its so much cheaper and healither to make your own at home than subway. Planning and prepping is the key. When i eat these healthy salad ans various meals in my eating window,its so satisfying and i do a happy dance. Earlier i use to keep my life around my family but i give my health and body more priority now. Good ingredients and good lifestyle. 👍
I definitely make some of this salads and may be permanently add to my dinner!!! Here are some my salads that I'm eating regularly!! 1. Black chana saladas boiled black chana with onion tomato capsicum and lemon squeeze with some chat masala only 2. Sprouts salad same like black chana salad but some sprouts are boiled and some are raw in and only a little chat masala. 3. Boiled peanuts salads soak peanuts in hot water for 20-30 minutes and boiled it with little bit turmeric and salt and mix with cucumber cabbage tomato onion 4. Corn salad boiled corn mixed with capsicum cabbage carrot tomato onion and little bit chilli sauce or ketchup and green chilli or schezwan sauce this are when you start so it tastes better but with time you'll like it even without any thing! 5. Beetroot salad grated beetroot with curd and lemon squeeze that's it!! 6. Green salad slices of tomatoes cucumber carrot beetroot and some cabbage 7. This is not a salad but like a cheat salad murmura with onion tomatoes capsicum chilli raw mango but without any chutneys or masala Or sev but if you want some flavor you can give tadka to murmura beforehand to whole packet and store it I give tadka with little oil mustard seeds and turmeric and salt that's it and stored in big air tight container! I add green coriander and green garlic in mostly all whenever they are in season coriander is always available so I add it in every recipe!! If you are reading this do suggest some of your salads recipe! I try to avoid using oil so I don't usually make dressing but from this video I will experiment alot!!!!
