I wouldn't want to take an 18" in my bag on an international trip, but the bigger screen sure would be nice, I hate editing on a tiny screen for a whole week lol
Yeah, I have some of their products on our Black Magic Camera as well, and they work really well.
Yeah the hassle of bringing it would have been awful, but man, I wish I would have it right now :D

A Lumix S5II X? You're a man of culture! V-Log is a joy to work with. Interested in hearing your thoughts about the upgraded autofocus, at least for talking head shots. Have fun at Computex!
I was looking at a lot of different cameras to complement the Blackmagic.
The Lumix won because of its price point, Pro Res recording options, and L-Mount's compatibility with our existing lenses.
Coming from a camera with no AF, it works well for what I have been doing so far!
But of course, I need some more time to really get into it!
You will see a few videos with footage from the Lumix over the next one or two weeks!
Mmmm, that coffee 🥰 And quite a lovely setup! Fairly minimal but effective as it's packed with pretty much only necessary stuff, and as a bonus - it looks beautiful and well-rounded aesthetically. Happy to see a fellow T7 Shield owner btw 😎

No extern wireless Mic in the loud Congress areas?
I like the "cinema style of focus" (bokeh) of this high-end camera.
Oh definitly I have a wireless DJI system, which I was also using for the majority of this video! :)
What kind of battery life does the razer blade 14 with ryzen 9 7940HS and rtx 4070 get with dedicated graphics turned off?
We got about 8 hours in our wifi test, which does run without the GPU.

I habe the peak Design 30l everyday backpack which also is able to fit the Blade 18 💪

"Unfortunately, just" the Blade 16. Haha, if I will have some time to play games here, it will probably just be some Horizon or Hellblade II ... Fortnite would be way too stressful, especially with the new season :D

So do you not have your own laptop and rotate through what vendors send you to evaluate. While seemingly a nice perk, I would think that would get a bit tiresome after a while having to constantly move your setup between laptops.
Yes, I mostly cycle through the review units whenever I can, since it let's me "experience" them much more in depth than just doing benchmark.
You definitely have a point, but you get used to it at some point, and quite efficient setting everything up. My main fear is missing some files on a machine and then reset it before sending it back 😅
