Cheese and seafood are a staple in my Canadian Province! Whoever thought up that rule wolluld be totally insulted by Cod Au Gratin! Its delicious, comforting cheesy, garlicy goodness with atlantic Cod. Normally served with a simple garden salad and a slice of garlic toast. You would be in heaven @Marion Grasby!

before covid, my husband started a thing called "impromptu dinner" he would make a ceylon chicken curry and then put out a message, that dinner was at our place and the friends who could make it would turn up and we would have a social gathering without all the planning and the fuss. Leftover curry was never a problem. I can see this being a great "impromptu dinner" recipe and one that can easily be eaten on the deck where we can stay safe. Thanks Marion. I might even make the miso cheesecake to go with it, though that might be too rich.

I made this last night and it was absolutely amazing! I did cut down on the spaghetti and added zucchini noodles (zoodles) half and half. So good and we got our veggies in too. Love the fusion here! Will be making this dish again and again!

I'm definitely #teamnocheese on seafood, there's no need to disguise the amazing flavor that seafood has, just enjoy it! Except for the scallops au gratin, which are simply fantastic.

I make this the same way but I add believe it or not homemade salsa from my local Mexican restaurant which consists of tomatoes, onions and green onions. To that I also add mushrooms. A total JOY BOMB. Try it.
I want to eat this... but I'm currently pregnant and I hate the smell of garlic 😭 (but I love garlic before). So I'm just gonna stare here while drooling 🤤😭
I've made this 3x and love love love it. It's divine as it is. 2nd time added some asparagus and shiitake mushrooms. 3rd i added cream and parmesan hahaha

Ahhh.! This dish looks so yumm.! It's so good for a quick fix mid week and you get you dish ready in 10 mins. I'm definitely trying it. But I really wanna try it with 'sambal olek' because I don't have Gohjujang paste in my pantry. I think I will give similar kick to the pasta because sambal olek has shrimp paste in it so you will get the umami-ness of Gohjujang paste has..
I always use sambal olek in my scampi and it's delicious. A little goes a long way so I only use a teaspoon, if even that much.

i just made some yesterday with chicken and it is super delicious 😍😍😍 u substituted the white wine with chicken broth/stock and i also added sliced onion and just a dash of sugar...and seriously no salt needed at all and i didnt even put any parmesan on it...i want to make it again tomorrow for chinese new year and eat it all for myself muaahahahahaha

I too feel that seafood can stand to cheese pretty well, I load my seafood risotto or spaghetti allo scoglio with parmesan too and I'm Sicilian (well we were known back in ancient Greek time for using cheese in our fish dishes lol). Love this dish Marion! As decadent as can be and so you :D

Team cheese! Ever since i had a bite of baked salmon topped with cream cheese and parmesan, i’ve never looked back. This scampi pasta is delightfully quick and easy, by the way. Will definitely be making this soon, parmesan and all.
Cheese, please! I love shrimp and I love pasta and this recipe looks amazingly yummy. I’m allergic to lemon and lime juices so is there’s a substitute for the lemon? Also, I never buy wine so is there a substitute for it or can I leave it out? Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful recipes.
