I want 2 share a suggestion, I think u should create an app that we can have on our home screen & save recipes as we watch them, this way I don't have 2 go back & search for something I saw 2 weeks ago! It will just be in my favourite list 2 find on hand on the way home from work & check if I need ingredients for that nights dinners, just a thought😊, would make my busy Mom's live so much easier! Have an instant pot? Boil water on sautee...add noodles...give a minute for them to soften in....stir a cpl times. Put on lid and turn heat off. Set timer for 10 minutes. Done. Best ever, texture/taste

About the last recipe: since I can not have pork (health issues), I usually do substitute it with smoked beef from a turkish market. VERY finely diced! This stuff has an amazing smoke aroma. You'll have to take a look at the fat-content. Very firm. Very yummy, too! Greetings from the far north of Germany!
I like that cooking show with a father and he lets his son score his dish. His son is the one who says if the food is good or not, unlike Marion who loves to say her cooking is so good. Not that there is anything wrong with it.

I really don't like these kind of TEXTURED meatballs, and I like my meatball fried in a pan FIRST to get that crispiness on the OUTSIDE, I don't know about that LEMON zest in meatballs🤭🙆
