I called the Star Anise from the beginning of the Ragu! Those mushrooms made me so happy on the Miso Mushroom Gnocchi! I would do mushrooms before butter, check it out, mushroom first in the bare pan and their own juices make them wilt without taking on too much butter, then add the butter. I just learned that not too long ago from the interwebs!
That ragú looks so good. All of your dishes in all of your videos look sooooo good. Now do a Mexican Asian fusion video. I don’t think Australians eat a lot if Mexican but I can only wonder what you would make!
