      I hope she enjoys just as much as I enjoy Marions' recipes my husband loves when I cook a few of Marions' dishes, and I must say he's gotten a little chubby, too 😂😂

      @@MachoLove Not suprised the amount of sugar she puts in then ketchup ive cooked asian food for decades no need to put half the amount of glup in your food, and they use palm sugar which is slightly healthier!

    Hi Marion. I’m planning in the future to buy your wok set when I have my own home. One hesitation on getting other woks is the pre seasoning treatment needed before using them. Does your woks need to be pre-seasoned? Have you considered doing an open boxing of your wok set and showing us the step by step to using them? Always a fan. All the best.💛

    You could use a strawberry stem corer for the pineapple eyes! So much easier and less waste! 🙂

    Marion this looks very very delicious. I'll definitely be cooking this for my wife. She loves all types of stir fry. Do you have any recipes for udon noodles??? That's her top favorite. She loves her udon noodles. 😁

      Most of it is chinese food not thai, no thia chef would use that much sugar and ketchup, its aussie chinese food!

    we use a small mellow baller to remove the eye in pineapples. When using maltose i add some water/soy sauce any liquid it is to be used with really before microwaving the lot, this helps the maltose dissolve in the warm liquids rather than starting to set again and sticking S to a blanket.

    Like your videos and the recipes look great ,might want to back off on the sugar,oyster sauce, ketchup, all far to sweet which will attract kids but im not sure its the right balance!

      Use any oil you want, the spices will over power the oil, personally I use olive oil as its more healthy 🙂

      Im not sure about chinese ,but no thai,Vietnamese or Cambodian would use MSG or ketchup or that much sugar far to sweet these recipes.

      @@natashafrance717 Yes thats my point no asian chef would ever use ketchup, she is making the dishes like a westerner and making them far to sweet! Dont use fresh ingredients then put in MSG and ketchup!

      I agree no asian cook would put that much sugar in, or oyster sauce and def not ketchup, and they would cook the beef ,take it out then do the veg separate that way it cooks faster and more evenly!
