    毛姐大西洋白鱈魚配番茄
    材料:
    1. 大西洋白鱈魚 1x 500g
    2. 牛茄 2個3. 薯仔 2個4. 洋蔥 2個
    5. 百里香 2小枝
    6. 糊椒和鹽
    準備:
    ● 在魚上撒些鹽和胡椒粉
    ● 切洋蔥,薯仔和蕃茄厚切
    方法:
    ● 洋蔥放在平底鍋的底部
    ● 其次是薯仔和蕃茄
    ● 將鱈魚放在頂層
    ● 加入百里香
    ● 蓋上鍋蓋
    ● 中火煮30分鐘
    Mo’s Atlantic Cod Stew
    Ingredients:
    1. France Atlantic Cod 1x 500g
    2. Beefsteak Tomatoes 2pcs
    3. Potatoes 2pcs
    4. Onions 2pcs
    5. Thyme 2sprigs
    6. Salt & pepper
    Preparation:
    Sprinkle salt & pepper all over the fish
    ● Cut tomatoes, potatoes & onions, each into 3 thick slices
    Method:
    Place onions at the bottom of the saucepan
    ● Followed by potatoes and tomatoes
    ● Place the cod on the top layer
    ● Top with sprigs of thyme
    ● Cover the saucepan with a lid
    ● Cook in medium heat for 30mins

      當年毛姐係「林小小」,我改阿女個名做「楊小小」,一叫楊小小佢就會識去煮依個餸,真係超簡單,佢當年只係四年班!

    Thank you #momoments team for sharing this very yummy-licious recipe. I made it today. But I replaced the fish to halibut and salmon and simmered together. (Because I can't get cod fish, but desperate to try this recipe) it came out really good.
    Super easy and healthy. Definitely will make this recipe again and again👍👍👍.

    Good to hear that you not teaching sourdough this time as i am so busy and don't have the time to do and develop the dough though i think its so yummy!!! Anyway, hope to learn more beside sourdough or related stuffs. Will watch and try to cook this time. Yayyyy!!! Fans of momo!!!

      So is Super Fluffy 👍 vs Fluffiest and Baked Salmon 👍 vs Bake your own Salmon.
      All are not wrong but one does have better SEO Value than the other.

    Thank you so much for sharing this easy recipe to stew the fish , will absolutely try to cook it. Btw, i want to ask if i can use black cod to replace your Atlantic cod? As it is easier to buy black cod in Vancouver i think! Will it be the same !!!
